It's something different from usual budget lodge. Great breakfast. Friendly staff. The reception was closed by 9pm. Come back after 9pm and no hot water from the sink, sorted using nice big kettle. Will come back again.

Disappointed with the accommodation. Room was very difficult to get to upstairs. Room not like the photos shown on booking site. Felt it was well over-priced compared to other places we stayed. Parking was also very limited and difficult to manoeuvre in. Staff, however, were very friendly and helpful and made us feel most welcome.

Ridiculous check out time”

I think it is absolutely ridiculous that breakfast time is set between 7 and 8:30AM???? Really??? most places ive been to breakfast goes up to 11AM! The check out time is even worse! 10:30AM!!! like I came in late mins to 9pm and check out is at 10:30AM!!! I had to study til late and to have to wake up extra early for breakfast then pack up to leave the room by 10:30 i mean come on. Thats ABSOLUTELY ridiculous! I would not tell anyone to go there, not even for overnight unless you have to leave out really early.

So happy to have found this lovely hotel, we were only there for one night but would definitely go back again. Room was perfect and staff very friendly. Great breakfast also.

Friendly, clean, good location”

I will visit the Coach House again and recommend it. The experience is better than similarly priced chain hotels. Breakfast was cooked to order and excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The only downsides to look out for in my room (15). People smoking outside, an uncomfortable wicker chair at the desk and a slightly lumpy mattress.

The hotel was challenging to find as signage was in the driveway and faced one direction. The stairway to our room was very narrow and steep. The room we had was small but very clean. Breakfast was included and was cooked to order and served by very friendly wait staff. We only stayed one night so this fit our needs and budget!
