Very small rooms, but the location is great. Everything is clean. And the hotel is quite cheap.

Disappointing”
On the surface this hotel looks ok. On arrival the the staff were abrupt and unhelpful. When we stayed there was a wedding and a lot of noise and shouting and banging until 4am. Parking was horrendous and haphazard. The room my son stayed in, was on the ground floor and in the morning there was a lot of shouting and kids screaming from the floor above. There was also a wall of water from when they took a shower in the room above. I went and advised reception and they said they would ring the room above. No body bothered to look at my sons room. His room also had mould on the net curtains. We did not use the restaurant but only saw one person in it on the Saturday night and on the Sunday morning. After waiting and no one coming to see the wall of water in my sons room we went to check out, I asked for the manager and was advised he was not on site and would not be coming to the hotel today. I could email to complain. He said he knew nothing about the water in my SD instead room.

Good for the price”
At £45 a night (on a busy weekend when other hotels where £100 or so), you get good value. Room is clean, warm with fresh sheets. Free wifi. What else do you really need. Yes they bits of 'tiredness' shall we say, but for the price they can be no complaints. If you expect better, put your hand in your pocket!!

Plenty of better hotels in the area which are cleaner and cheaper. Breakfast omelette was burnt not a happy customer. Will never stay there again. Oh and the staff aren't particularly polite or happy !!

Great value for money, staff were very friendly and helpful, breakfast was £8 if booked in advance, but value for money.

They not accept any delay in check out , they will deducted 20 pounds directly , the building is not has Double Glazed Windows that make the situation more worse .

What a pity the beds are so uncomfortable”
Overall the hotel was acceptable with exception of the beds. The first room we were given, when my daughter sat on the bed I'm surprised she didnt jar her back, the mattress was rock solid. We asked if another room was available. We were offered another room where the beds were only fractionally softer. There was noise outside approx 11.30pm what I guess to be staff moving crates/boxes etc. Then at 1.30am there were other guests making lots of noise. To top this off there was some kind of machinery that made a very loud whurring noise every few minutes. Everything else was fine!

The room wasn’t clean and the place stank. Had booked for two nights but cancelled the second night. Will definitely make a formal complaint

On check in the staff were a little abrupt and unwelcoming. A customer care course wouldn’t go a miss!

Definitely not worth the price”
Upon arrival instead of being greeted or told about hotel facilities, I was told NO SMOKING AND NO TAKEAWAYS, and then sent off to find my room. Room was tiny, there was a terrible smell everywhere, and the furniture was all old damaged and dirty. For some reason a copy of my photo id was taken, and I could not use wifi without providing personal details like email or social media links. When I left I was not asked about my stay but they took the key and said alright bye then. Definitely should not be called a hotel, is a hostel at best. Would recommend to book somewhere much nicer at the same price, would possibly be a reasonable hostel stay at a lower price, but by no means a hotel worth what they advertise.

Generally ok plenty of eateries around on site free parking is a bonus- Booked triple room the single beds were narrow.

I was advised to let the hotel know what time we would be arriving. Once we were on our way and had a good idea I called the hotel to inform them of our ETA. The female answering the call appeared surprised that I had done this. On arrival the receptionist was cold, did not greet us with a smile and never smiled once during our booking in. (Some staff training needed in that respect) I deliberately smiled at any member of staff i came across and was surprised that one male member just put his head down and walked past. The only person who made any friendly contact at all was the lady in the website photograph so presume she was a boss. Hotel room was roughly what you would expect for the price.
