No cons really, only things I'd comment on is that its like a rabbit warren! A maze of corridors. I stayed in a basement room, compact but ample for me. Staff were really friendly and helpful. No car park, I parked right outside the hotel and as long as I moved my car before 8am it was ok. Pros are... clean, comfortable, friendly helpful staff. Central for bars restaurants clubs etc. Great location for a night out in Liverpool.

Very impressed visually but noisy ”
Upon arrival I was so impressed with the cleanliness, brightness and modernism of the hotel. From the corridors to the room is it immaculate. Air con and heating in rooms with remote control. Freeview. WiFi. En suite. No window though but this didn’t bother me. Allowed takeaway to be eaten in rooms. The only complaint I have is that since the rooms are underground not over ground (hence my windows) I was kept up a lot or the night due to what I presuming to be noisy pipes. I was on the 2nd floor (undergoing) and it sounded like rumbling and whirring air but right up against the wall where I was sleeping it was like there was a storm outside but it was perfect weather conditions. Another thing is that the doors are so heavy that drunken night owls also kept me up knocking on shouting and slamming their doors but this is understandable given the city centre location the pipe/environmental noise was my main issue and could even be heard over the tv. Only an issue for light sleeper

Can't thank the staff there enough, Callum, Martin and Jimmy you were all great, couldn't be more helpful, lovely clean and compact perfect for 1 to 2 travellers, and ideal for getting to the docks, city centre, trains and buses, would recommend to everyone. Thanks Linda

Went to Liverpool alone to watch a game and needed a place to crash, room is tiny but clean and has its own shower ... there are no windows, so air not so fresh, but ideal in terms of value for me, needed a clean place to sleep.

We received an offer on line and what an experience. Clean, functional and comfortable. Will use again certainly, it’s location offers access to the town along with local restaurants and pub. Great stay and very helpful staff.

Clean and tidy, it was just a base for us and was just for sleep and able to change and shower. The shower has hot, and clean and the bed comfy. One one improvement but its minor, only one pillow per side of bed but certainly wouldn't complain about It. Would recommend

Liverpol in 2 days ”
I just needed a bed and not much else. This location and price brought me in and when i got there I smiled. It was a tight little room , but it had a comfortable bed , it had a TV , and a separate room with shower and toilet. Everything I needed and to make it great , the staff were really friendly. I enjoyed the time there .

Fantastic we got there well before check in and they were amazing, as they put us in the first room ready. Cleaning lady she was very helpful. Only down side TV didn't work but we was only there for a night so that didn't matter, and it is a small room and no breakfast. but the shower was AMAZING, For short stays definitely recommend.

Efficient compact room”
Very kind staff. Some lacks concerning security (we had to bring our own luggage in the depot room before we could check-in, which means they do this with everybody, which means it's easy to steal someone). No elevator, which is a problem with an heavy luggage. Nice efficient compact room with a/c. Wasn't clean as my usual standard, but it was clean. It's about a 10 minutes walk to the pier (Tate Museum, Beatles Story Museum, ...).

I loved how welcoming the staff were the second I walked through the doors. They answered all my questions before I had the chance to ask them. It’s really close and easy to find from town. It was very clean and had everything I needed and more. Would definitely recommend to friend/family and would definitely go back and stay longer

Welcoming and helpful staff, we got given a larger room as I’m tall and most rooms are small! Could do with some subtle lighting.

It was good enough to stay in but was far smaller than it had seemed on the images on the website. Did not feel it was value for money in that regard. But everything else was fine.
