Great location close to Brindley place. So easy to get after a concert and so close to all the bars and restaurants. Simple clean and very functional. Great hotel as long as you only need a bed for the night. Not a hotel to hang out in.

Basic but clean and spacious room”
I just needed a stop over after attending a concert at Utilita Arena which is very close by. It's next to Brindley Place which is really lovely too. All was good apart from the soap dispenser in my bathroom didn't work, and I found the staff on check in quite blasé. Reception is like a stand more than a desk! But overall I was happy.

The cost is not relevant to the service you get. You have nothing except when you pay more (No breakfast, no Wifi) no leasure facilities. Only to sleep in. The staff are not cooperative and not well communicating. They said you can pay for late check out anytime (NO WORRIES), but they put my staff in the reception and didn’t allow me to go back to the room to prepare my bags before travel. And it was a big lie (you cannot pay for late check out anytime). They will your staff in the street

Hotel was extremely noisy. I could hear everything that was going on outside of the room and on the road. Constant shouting and abrupt behaviours for people staying in the rooms nearby. Thank only got about 6 hours sleep and ended up booking another hotel elsewhere for the remaining night. Worse ever hotel I’ve stayed in.

Apart from the hotel not updating the accessories- towel, loo rolls etc they stay was great!! Staff were awesome - security was awesome, I might of been a bit tipsy but I do recall we was having a laugh with the security at entrance late night. Only a 5 minute walk to the icc where I had a business event Perfect 👍

This room was booked during the commonwealth games. I wouldn’t pay the elevated fee but due to a cancellation i for my booking transferred. The room Is no frills but the beds were comfy, it was clean enough, good location so can’t complain. In usual times I’d say you get what you pay for. Lots of places to eat nearby as no facilities for food on site. Would have liked a hairdryer in the room rather than having to ask for one. But overall-no problems and a comfortable stay.
