Great location, close to everything. ”
Staff made us very welcome and looked after us from the minute we arrived. Rooms were lovely, clean and cosy. Great place to stay, close to the shops and bars and the Quay. The famous Beatles Cavern is close by and well worth going for live music during the day and evening. We loved it and will be back soon.

Brilliant ”
Well situated within a few minutes walk for everything,staff helpfull regards car parking and discount.On arrival all the staff made you feel so relaxed and throughout the stay they were so helpful and friendly, I would not hesitate about going back again.The only complaint I had was only 1 of the 2 lifts were working which seams to have been a problem for over a month!!! the staff coped very well with all the complaints but it seams the owners have known about the fault for quite a while,money grabbing!! and with a lot of the guests being elderly and with disabilities 9 floors and stairs and 1 lift getting up and down took forever.

No Frills No problem ”
Due to Covid rules there’s no housekeeping (which we already knew) but the reception staff are happy to help with anything you need (towels , hairdryer, tea coffee etc the room was clean the bed comfy the bathroom spotless. Always happy with Travel Lodge for a no frills experience

Bargain ”
Booked hotel for under 28 pounds for a visit to son who studies in Liverpool. Location across from docks and five mins from city centre.No parking but 30 percent off nearby Q car park.Great price for city centre basic but very clean and tidy hotel also breakfast extra but v good .

Great location, staff very helpful, rooms clean and beds comfortable. The lounge area is very tired needs up dated, the breakfast was good, the bar is good value and not overly priced

Exceptional service - great stay”
The stay was really comfortable due to the friendly and helpful staff. The staff at Reception and the Restaurant are exceptional and made our stay really memorable. Many Thanks again

Room with a view”
We had a lovely stay at the travelodge. Easy check in, clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Will return soon. The view of our room was amazing!

Could t really complain for £100/night. Staff were friendly, hotel was clean, breakfast was as good as you get at a Hilton!

Very handy access to hop in -hop off tour bus and cruise. Across the road from art galleries and museums. Hotel staff very helpful and polite.

Stayed overnight on 29.04.22. Well positioned for everything shopping bars and restaurants. Breakfast had ample choices and staff very friendly.

Got exactly what I expected plus great views of the docks etc. room was clean and perfect for crashing down after a long day. Good value breakfast and very friendly helpful staff. Good value for money all round

Great location for the city centre, Albert Docks, M&S Arena. Great value place to stay which was clean with very friendly staff. Would definitely recommend for a budget place to stay.
