Me and my partner stayed here as we were attending the stereophonics concert at the arena. The staff were friendly and went out of there way to make our stay as good as it could be. The bar is well stocked and they do happy hour from 5-7pm where all drinks are 50% off. The bar also stays open til 3am so is perfect if u fancy staying up late but don’t want to be trecking around town trying to find somewhere that’s open. The breakfast was spot on I seriously can’t fault the place and will definitely be going back again. 10/10 for me l.

Absolutely amazing stay. Staff are so soo friendly . Food is amazing and it was spotless clean, Location was brilliant right beside everything we wanted ,will definitely stay again

The hotel staff were so friendly and Luca on reception went out of his way to accommodate us Hotel was ideal location not too far to centre and we felt safe walking home. We parked in carpark behind hotel which was very convenient. Thankyou x

Room is cozy and clean. Staff are helpful and nice. The only big deal for me was that there was no hair dryer in room so I had to go down to borrow one. Yet still worth the price overall. Paid £8.99 for the ‘unlimited breakfast’ with super limited choices of food which didnt taste good👎🏻

Great hotel, shame we weren't warned about the building works”
Hotel is great and only a few minutes walk to the centre but it would have been nice to have been told that there was building works going on right outside the hotel and that it would be going on past midnight

What you see is what you get”
This hotel provides standard no frills accommodation close to the Manchester Arena & city Centre facilities & Bars. Room was clean & functional. Staff immensely friendly. Breakfast was decent, but the full room at 9.30 on a Sunday morning meant that they were a little slow replenishing the breakfast buffet & only one of the three coffee machines was only working intermittently meant that there were occasional queues. Second time we’ve been here in recent years and decent both times

Stayed on a Thursday night in order to get a very early morning train from Victoria station. Paid £27, could not get better value at that price. Friendly reception on arrival. Room was basic but had bed, TV, towels, kettle, warm and above all spotless.

Exceptionally clean hotel. Well appointed. Lovely staff. The only downside was a little expensive though. Breakfast items: mushrooms rubbery, bacon overcooked. Would of liked fried eggs not just scrambled and would of like tinned tomatoes.

Really friendly staff. Lovely welcoming atmosphere when we arrived. Staff very helpful when we request tea and milk and a hairdryer. Would definitely stay again.
