Basic, very clean, very friendly, very close to the Metrolink 2 minutes walk, and also 2 minutes walk from the canal for a lovely walk up and down. Plenty of classy places to eat nearby to suit all pockets. Easy access to town centre, about 20 minutes on the Metrolink. Fantastic place. Not Buckingham Palace, but then where is?

The room was on the ground floor. It was very clean and had everything we needed. The staff were helpful and location was perfect. Nice and peaceful. Very good value for money we will definitely be going back.

Nothing to fault great location, 5 minutes walk to the metro link , staff friendly and helpful. Good full English breakfast.

If you coming to Manchester only for few days it is perfect place to stay! The rooms are well-supplied for any kind of contingency! Every day room service, low price, near tram station and next to b&m store. Guests friendly hotel's staff.

Love this hotel and humble staffs. Nearby the tram stations. Not so safe to travel at night since i've encountered a drunk man before in the stations. Overall its good and value for money. Will stay here again if i visit Manchester again in the future.

Great locations”
I enjoyed my stay, despite that i have to carry my luggage into the 2nd floor and running out of water at the last day of my stay. Apart from that, this hotel is very recommended.

Very clean bathroom with powerful shower. Bed not most comfortable but it's to be expected when you don't sleep in your own bed. Kettle, coffee and tea provided in room. Very friendly staff and free parking next to hotel which is a bonus. Close to metrolink too.

Warm and good location”
The hotel provides a warm and tidy room. The place is near to a station called ‘Sale’. You can get to the Old Trafford Stadium easily. For driving tourist, there are plenty spaces for parking. There is a B&M supermarket nearby.

We stayed in a cosy double room with an en suite. The room was clean, shower was nice and powerful and the bed was comfy. It's in a great location, only a few minutes walk away from the tram stop. The staff were friendly and helpful too. I would definitely stay here again.
