Horrible experience. Please stay away from this hotel. Given 2 single beds when booking was clearly made for family. hotel reception was not ready to provide family room or even an extra bed. Hotel reception charged my bank card inspite of me already having made payment to agoda site and informing the same to reception person. He did not believe me and somehow I thought he could be right. Later when I looked at email & invoice, I realized the mistake. Hotel reception needed to be convinced that it charged me twice. Dirty room & bathroom. No privacy in the room as half part of window was not covered by curtain and was directly in front of other tall building. When we were checking in, another hotel customer just refused to stay and went back after getting his money refund.
