The stuff was truly nice and helpfull. The lobby spacious and clean, some water barrel of coffee machine appreciated. The bar was closed throughout our whole stay despite a receptionist declared opening hours at 5pm. The air conditioner was not working in our room and when the temperature raised 29C, we asked someone for help. The lady did all she could but despite that she didn’t manage to fix it. And so we got a new room (at midnight). So, thumbs up!

Room is clean, spacious with a big bathroom. Everything is good except the location, it’s really difficult to get to. Cuz the line of metro was closed, the line of tram was being repaired too or something. the Only way is just the taxi and it’s very expensive

I had to check in at 3pm but came early to drop off my luggage and the staff checked me in anyway, very friendly staff!

The hotel was away from the city but the awesome connectivity through buses and metros proved too useful. The staff at the reception was nice and friendly.

The staff were really nice and helpful. We asked to store our luggage even before check in time. They also accommodate our request to have hot water. Just a bit downside, it is quite far from city center and we have to commute for 40-50 mins to reach center. Overall, it was a really nice place to stay.

Great budget hotel, some downsides”
Good, clean and basic hotel. The location is not very central, but fortunately public transportation in Munich works very well, so the city center can easily be reached. Rooms are big and clean, and the staff is very friendly. However, the rooms have no minifridge, intercom or at least a kettle for boiling water.

Very close to bus stop and 15 min walk to tram. Breakfast was good. The staff was helpful. The room was clean and comfortable. Check-in was fast. We liked everything in general.

I was ok when I was there. However when I prepared to check out around 10:30am, the guys suddenly used the master key and come in the our room. I was naked and nothing to wear clothes. I was really embarrassed and upset that time. He was a clean the room so he thought I was check out but he never knocked my room. After checking out, I talked the one of the counter women, then she apologized me that situation. However when I see them, they just giggling and laughing together maybe chatting about my situation. The attitude is really bad and who want to show my body at the hotel. It should not happened in hotel and I don't want to go there again. It is really bad memory.

Our staff knocked on the door of your room 3 times and opened the door for cleaning when there was no answer, but were you in the bathroom at that time, you left the bathroom and the staff entered the room at the same time, our staff apologized and left the room. .I apologize for this unintentional incident. - as for the solo Asian traveler, normally I will bring with me instant food and drinks, example instant noodle (curry maggie mee), 3-in-1 instant drink and so on...but the hotel does not have/provide kettle to boil water (which majority of hotel does) instead, I need to get it from the cafe or breakfast area which kind of not convenience. I would propose hotel management to re-consider your policy of not providing kettle in the hotel room. tq.

Their rooms are so hot and you can’t do anything because it’s centralized control and it’s hot blower pumping air into the room always which actually ruined my health.

I would give Tulip Inn Hotel in Munich a 4.7 out of 5 stars. The location is excellent, the staff is friendly and helpful, and the rooms are comfortable and clean. The breakfast is also quite good. Overall, a pleasant stay.
