Lovely but safety questionable”
We enjoyed our stay and the room was lovely however, the day we were leaving we had a knock on the door to say the other room has been broken into. the property and room is opened via keypad and the codes, I don’t know how often they get changed but clearly this is not the best option as the information is written on paper and someone could easily lose this paper meaning anyone who picks it up can get in. I’m concerned that someone may have been in my room and I didn’t know but the neighbouring room had been ransacked and items stolen because they weren’t in at the time...I’d suggests changing the codes more frequently or getting keys instead. I personally enjoyed the stay it’s just the safety lets it down.

This place is more a 1 star hotel”
The place is not modern at all, you have to do self access which you dont know about until you call them up, we were in room 1 and was dusturbed at 1am in the morning by another 2 people who didnt know what room they were in or what the code is for their room. The drinks we were provided with was basic and cheap (not the good stuff), the cups were tiny so had to have a couple of drinks to make up 1. The towels provided were small and not worth using, toilet roll was at minimum and almost ran out. In the morning we woke up around 10 as we were disturbed during the night we layed there for a while but not shortly too find the cleaner wanting to come in (really at this time???). Very unsatified with our experience here. Wouldnt recommend at all.

Access gained through coded doors, didn't see any members of staff. Room clean and tidy with ample space. Easy enough to get to town centre. Enjoyed the stay

Saturday Night in Liverpool”
You have to use a code to get into the building which was extremely difficult sober never mind drunk. Other than this, everything else was great value for money. The rooms were spacious and clean with comfy beds and a small bathroom and mini fridge. Each floor has a shared kitchen so if you want to save money by cooking then you can do. Would definitely stay again.

Comfortable, Clean and Cheap”
Was pleasantly surprised on arrival. Had a large, very comfortable room 5 on the first floor. Bed was amazing, traffic noise as in busy road, but bed made up for it. The suites are not manned but staff on phone are lovely and you are given codes to enter the front door and room. Bathrooms clean and adequate, free spring water in room a nice touch. Obviously you can't expect 5star for price, we would definitely use again for a cheap quick stop over.

Pros: 1) Our beds were really cosy Cons: 1) Stayed there for 3 days but wifi did not work at all 2) Not equipped with lift. We had to carry about 10 luggages up and down the building 3) Parking space was very limited 4) Our room heater was not hot enough, we had to switch to a different room 5) Shower was extremely hot. The temperature could not be adjusted. We reported the issue to the staff and were switched to another room 6) Wall sockets were not working during our first day. Thank god our power banks still had some juice 7) Please be warned that this building is operated remotely by their staff. At least more than 5 calls were made each time to reach them

the suites were very clean, we booked 2 rooms, room 10, 11. very spacious. room 11 at the back had a double and single. the only negative to this room was there was a damp/leak patch with wall paper peeling in 1 corner of the roof, but apart from that everything was clean. Room 10 at the from was even bigger the only negative to was the bed! it wasnt very stable and rocked and screeched everytime you move! overall the suites was more than we expected and I honestly would book again.

Good hotel and very good staff service ”
I stayed with my wife and two kids (5Y & 7Y) for one night during our vacation in Liverpool, staff performance and cooperation was very good, I have booked one family room but when I arrived I found they provided a double room instead, I called the staff service and they immediately provided an additional double room, it is a small issue but I feel good after they cooperation and fast response within 10 mins, problem solved. I found Liverpool was cold for my kids during my stay and found the heating system isolated, I call the staff and they immediately de-isolated the heating system for me when they realised it is cold for the kids.

Different, no staff all done by phone & email . Our stay was ok Bed was the worst bed I've slept in it was so noisy & squeaky it was hard to sleep, my review would be a lot more positive but for this.

My wife and I loved the hotel, we had a problem with a leak the staff were quick enough in fixing it.

Hotel pas pratique et très bruyant ! ”
Déjà ça commence mal ! Une fois arrivé à l hôtel, et ce sans avis préalable nous sommes obliges de nous rendre à un autre hôtel pour "Check In " . Pas très pratique déjà ! Ensuite notre chambre étant au rez de chaussé, la porte d entrée principale n a pas de retenue et claque a grand fracas ... je peux vous dire que je l ai entendue claquer tout le temps et c était dort désagréable ! Dernier point : pas de double vitrage et il y a beaucoup de circulation sur Ullett streat !!! Bref je ne recommande pas du tout !

Deben de proporcionar jabon, shampoo y cobijas. Son elementos basicos con los que deben de cumplir. Adicional de que se debe de explicar a donde llegar a chequearse ya que no es el mismo lugar
