Fantastic staff who are friendly and relaxed. Super location. Slight street noise but you expect that in the heart of the nightlife and didn’t bother us. Beautiful decor. Definitely one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in recently.

Sunday night stay. I have stayed at most of the other 4star hotels near by an fancied a change from the usual square box. A bit weird having the reception on the first floor landing however it works. The staff were fantastic and helpful and met all our needs with an early check in etc. The room was individual in style with exposed brick and original fixing blended into a modern style. Really clean and comfy all round.

I really wanted to love this place”
Looked like a great boutique from the pictures. The reality was a mediocre check-in experience, and a room that was shabby. There was mold in bathroom, blinds didn’t cover the angled windows over the bed so light streamed in, air conditioning buzzed the whole time it was on (apparently the same in all rooms), and the noise from the clubs went all night. I was aware of the club noise so that’s not a complaint, just an observation for others considering staying.

The hotel was lovely but I saw multiple sites with lower prices after I booked and therefore won't be using Agoda again.

The staff were exceptional! Nothing was too much trouble and they were extremely informative about facilities not only in the hotel, but also loads of tips and ideas for our stay in Manchester.The rooms had everything in you could possibly need. Our room was looking a bit tired and could do with a lick of paint soon but it was very clean and the bed very comfy with nice quality sheets and towels.

Had a great stay, loved the room and the special touches including thevrubber duck in the bathroom. Had everythingI needed including the ice, lemon, biscuits delivered to my room on arrival should I need a gin and tonic lol. Bed was comfy and big. Would recommend for a night of luxury and a well earned treat, so what you waiting for get it booked for a time to be remembered xxx

The hotel was dirty our room was opposite the reception was so loud from noise on the street plus noise from a night club which was below us the iron board was dirty the bed was old and uncomfortable

Wonderful rolltop bath. Great shower The comfiest of beds with crisp cotton bedding. Can't praise this place enough
