The way to the hostel is so far, unless you have a car to drive up the hill, it takes about 20 min from the bus station up the hill to the hostel. Yet the staff are nice, the view is great, others are also really good!

We needed a place only to sleep, checked in a bit late and checked out very early. And this place served us very well, situated close to city center, at riverside which unfortunately we couldn’t enjoy because we arrived late. But the sound of river rushing through in dark was cool!! The staff at the bar was very helpful, room and bathroom were clean. Thank you!!

Could not fault our stay, everything you could want was there, 55 years since I last stayed at a Youth Hostel and I was amazed a the facilities and cost, I would certainly recommend for anyone on a budget who wants a fabulous location, friendly staff and all for a small price.

Value for money accommodation”

We enjoyed our stay at YHA Keswick. I would stay here again. Room and bathrooms were clean. The kitchen has complete supplies and maintained clean. It was in a strategic location and best of all, price was right.

Temporary stairs leading up to the hostel was no easy feat for heavy luggage but room, bed and toilet and shower facilities were clean and functional.

Good location, right next to a river. Clean toilets and showers, although some are not working due to flood damage. Drying room awesome for soaked boots.rooms a little smaller tgan other yhas but still nice and clean. Limites kitchen facilities but basic equipment available. Really friendly staff!

Best value by far in Keswick”

The Hostel is still suffering from the flooding recently but they are making a good fist of it. The major issue remaining is the lack of a kitchen for them to offer breakfasts although visitors can cook small meals for themselves. Bedrooms are excellent, quiet and clean with very good loos and showers close at hand. Try comparing the price with the cost of a local B&B - and the hostel is right in the centre of Keswick.

Ostello pulito e confortevole, vicino al centro città. Bagni in comune puliti, c'è la possibilità di fare colazione in loco con un piccolo supplemento. Consigliatissimo!

川沿いにあり、施設内のバーやレストランも綺麗です。湖水地方の中でも拠点となる町の為、ウォータースポーツや軽いハイキングなど様々なアクティビティに参加も出来、かなり行動しやすい場所だと思います。湖水地方でも、日帰りで色々なところを見て回りたい人にオススメです。
