Moldy bathroom and poor check in process ”
The bathroom wasn’t dry and wet separate,and it was moldy and smelly. There were no one to check you in and you can’t seek help in the middle of the night . The only advantage is the location and washing machine in the room

Great apartment, everything you need .Loved the shower,some noisy neighbours but that was quickly resolved.Downstairs TV needs fixing,broken integrated dvd which kept making a noise,but another TV in the bedroom.Would definitely recommend this place.

Good in all aspects”
Stayed 5 nights. Central location within the city wall, walking distance to all sightseeing points. Self-contained accommodation with fridge, microwave, washing machine and TV. The owner sent the check-in details well ahead of arrival. As the bed just right under the split-type wall mounted air-conditioner, we believe a thorough clean-up of the dusty flaps is necessary. Other than this, everything seems good.

We had had an unfortunate booking at another hotel which we decided not to stay. This was booked the day before. The room was beautiful. Well equipped. The lady who was cleaning the room was superb. Very helpful and friendley. I was on crutches and so asked if we would like to change room to A ground floor. Wish we had booked for the whole 3 days we stayed in york.

Nice self containe dmodern flat with all the facilities. Perfect central location. Similiar price to hotels in that area so if you are not planning on having your breaksfst in the Hotel then this is a great option. Could not fault it.

Great location but no bed sheets!!”
We were delighted to stay in this room. It was really clean and the fact that it had a washing machine was a big plus since we were on the road. The location is absolutely perfect. After a very good time at the restaurant, we came back to the apartement for the night. Surprise! There were no bed sheets for the sofa bed and no towels for my kids!! I tried to reach the manager but he never answered my texts to this day. On my Agoda reservation, the room was advertise for 4 adults... We had to share towels and we gave our only comforter to our kids. My husband and I, had to sleep with the tiny blanket I got on the airplane!!!

Everything was perfect. The location, near the station, the owner, a very kind person, willing to help in case of need, and not to forget the cleaning of the apartment. The only thing that should be improved is the guest's arrival system.

A couple of minutes stroll from town centre. Restaurants and takeaways on next street. Excellent kitchen facilities. Powered blackout shutter on skylight but no other Windows for natural light.

The room was clean and it's very convenient walking to the city center and other attractions. Having an all-in-one washing & drying machine was a great thing to us as we had a lot of clothes to be washed in the middle of a 2 weeks' trip in UK. The owner and the housekeeping lady were both very nice and very accomodating to us during the stay!

どちらかというと繁華街からは外れますが、駅からほど近く、小さなYorkの街の観光には十分便利な位置にあります。何より清潔で快適なしつらえで、必要な機器も揃っています。メゾネットタイプで上階にベッドとシャワー・トイレ、天窓があり、下階のリビングダイニングキッチンにはソファベッドもあるため、幼児連れの私たちにはとても便利でした。価格・サービスとも大満足です。ただ、初めてだと見つけにくかったことと、空調が少々コントロールしにくかったので、ほんの少し減点です。とってもおすすめの滞在型ホテルです。
