Exceptional”

The beds were very comfortable, TVs were great, location was amazing so close to the centre and the staff were very very nice and helpful! There were a lot of toilets in the building all very clean!

There was a hole in the wall in our room, though the staff did let us change rooms, the area wasnt that great.

Would recommend.”

I enjoyed my stay. The bed was comfortable and cosy. Lastly, the staff were really good and helpful.
The only thing i disliked was shared toilets,as there is only one toilet on each ground and most of the time they were taken up.

Very poor”

Dangerous location (police warned me to stay away from area as it was unsafe) Unhygeinic rooms and bathrooms Disrespectful staff Clutter and disorganised Horrible experience would not recommend.

Very uncomfortable beds, not the best location so definitely not suitable for families and room was smelly.

Staff where very welcoming and friendly overall good value for money
Mattresses need replacing springs were prominent. Also the noise in the morning from fellow bookers was loud, banging of doors, children crying

Superb”

It was a clean simple room. Free tea and coffee, close to local shops, team station and town centre. Clean shared bathroom, free WiFi, TV in all the rooms and over night staff for any issues. Would ...
There were a young group of guys that were the floor below making a lot of noise quite late at night. This could happen anywhere.

Very good”

The room was great, just what I was looking for; clean, with decent facilities. Great value for money in that regard.
My only issue was noise. Twice I got up in the middle of the night to ask neighbours to keep it down. Not helpful given I had an interview at 9am the next day.

Very fun place to stay with group of friends, as it had an outdoor communal area thus allowing for easily to relax and have fun together when we finished with our events for the day. Also got to meet ...
Bathroom&#47;Toilet got a little dirty if used first thing, but this is to be expected given the shared bathroom facilities.

Friendly staff. Rooms very clean. Comfortable beds. Great value for money. Just a short walk to Metro station.
Quite a rough part of Birmingham. You can hear a lot of noise from other guest. There&#39;s kitchen with good equipment but no chairs or table (not in our room either) to sit with your food.

Friendly clean and comfortable Great value for money 10 mins from the tram stop Big clean well equipped kitchens on each floor
It’s more of a pension&#47; backpackers place than a hotel That said it was great value for money and really comfy, clean beds Staff super friendly and helpful Would definitely stay again
