Owner is a scammer, we got intentionally double charged. ”

The owner told my wife, who stayed there for one night, the aircon is not included in the price and even lied to her she did not receive any money from agoda and asked for 1000k cash payment. I then sent my wife Screenshots of the agoda app where it clearly shows the aircon is included and that the booking was fully paid. I also sent an email directly to the hotel which they didnt reply to. We are still waiting for a refund foe the cash ayment as this was not run through agoda and they cant help with this issue. Beware !!! Typical Scammer abusing a pregnant women with foreign husband for their own financial gains. Terrible behavior.

The place is the worst transient i have ever see!”

I booked in this transient place just to get refresh for 2 hours before go to airport. But place is far different from what the owner post on agoda. Its hard to find. Address were complicated. Taxi driver dont know the exact place. The address always bring us to the cemetery because it is what the address said. Very small place, very hot ventillation is so small, the room smells like it was not live in for decades and you need to walk out of the room 50 meters away to get to restroom. Restroom is dirty. Didnt stay in this place. I live the place right a way. Place have a pool but empty and dirty. And the staff were so rude! I cannot recommend this place. Small Interior street.
