Excellent Service”
I have to say that the owner of this transient is very accommodating, helpful and very much considerate. Me and my 2 companions arrived at San Juan at 3:30 am and the owner allowed us to check-in already at that early time even though the standard check-in time is at 2 pm. He is so kind to consider our safety during that time and we really appreciate that coz we still had time to take nap before we actually start our first day at La Union. I want to thank again Sir Ariel for accommodating us so well. I would totally recommend this place to all my friends!

Practical Accommodation with A+ Service”
Sir Ariel was an excellent host. He was very busy as it was the peak season, but he called me when I said I arrived in La Union earlier than expected. He allowed us to check in early too (there was a previous guest, but they cleaned the unit as soon as they checked out so we managed to check in at 1). Place was a 5 min walk to the beach Near flotsam and jetsam. There was a store and an eatery nearby. Facilities were all working. AC was cold and quiet. Sufficient elec outlets for everyone to charge. Beds were comfy. Blankets were fleece. Wifi worked, but wasn't excellent. Fridge, kitchenette, and dining area was a huge plus. No hot and cold shower but that was indicated on the listing. Will definitely book this place again! Ideal for a group of 4-6.

Super nice and accommodating ng owner wala kami masabi talaga. We really had a great time. Malapit lang din sya around the famous spots a tric away kaya lakarin if walang init. We’ll surely be back here because wala kami naging problem malamig yung aircon decent yung cr malakas naman water pressure good value for money malinis and complete din.

So happy I got to book an affordable room in La Union. The rooms are clean and the bathroom as well. They have a mini kitchen and a refrigerator. The Apartelle is 5-10 mins walk to the famous retaurants & beach.

Parking is not exclusive for the customer. First come first serve. Public parking lot. Kitchen is not exclusive. It is common for everyone. Always brown out within that area. Were not sure if that happen everytime.
