ROOM 307 water heater does not work, there is 3-in-1 coffee only but no tea spoon to stir, weird after taste after taking a sip of water from the electric kettle. There are ants in my room, cooked food and pre-made food are not allow if the room is infested with ants. Fortunately I stay for only 2 nights. The staff are kind to offer their bowl and disposable fork for me to use, and yes no utensil if you decided to cook instant noodles. For shower, there is no shampoo, so bring your own shampoo.

staff reported good accommodations, good service. Had to move staff over a weekend holiday as Transit hotel had no availability to extend; staff requested to return to hotel although only 300 metres away from new location once rooms were made available. Best pricing too. Always finding good deals.

Labuan is duty free island and the tax collected ends up in whose pockets? Reported these to Agoda and they together with the hotel did nothing to refund

Labuan is a duty-free island. The hotel through Agoda imposed 6% service tax even though the hotel is not licenced by Customs to collect 6% service tax

It was a nice stay at the hotel. But there is some things that I’m not quite satisfied with.. first of all the hot shower in my room is not hot enough, it feels like regular tap water temperature but when you set to cold its like ice water 🤔 .. Next, I think the hotel need to add hair dryer in each room, more convenient for the people who visit .. Lastly, Im quite unsatisfied with the room walls, you can really hear the person next door talking ... not soundproof at all .... just lucky that beside my room is my friend 😅

Lack of facilities ”
No garbage bin in the wash room, only one bar soap was prepared, and there were only two pillows. The bottom of the shower area wasn’t clean. Staff was friendly and helpful though.

Comfortable budget hotel ”
The room we got was huge , and comfortable. The mattress was ok. Toilet was not bad. The towel was ok. The room felt a bit "wet" though, must be the low humidity from the aircond ? Location wise , many eateries and supermarket nearby even at night. There are parking in front if u brought a car along. Overall not too bad.

Overall is ok. Just upgrade your facilities such as pillows, toilet tissues, shampoo and soap. Pillows is too thin. No toilet tissue and shampoo provided. Soap is too small and 2pcs only for 3 days for 4 persons.
