Great location, affordable & homey hotel”
The hotel in located in the heart of everything. It is near historic sites. The hotel rate is affordable. The hotel is clean. My hotel room is clean and well kept. I liked the ambiance if the lobby, it has a piano that one can play and an acoustic guitar that you can strum freely. Areas for improvement: 1. Please provide shampoo, dental kit and hair dryer 2. The free breakfast still has room for improvement. 3. Please provide brewed coffee. I can’t drink instant coffee.

The location is great. Great value for money 👌. Staff were very friendly. The place was clean. The two cons I can say is the pipe hanging above our comfort room (though its cleanly painted).... and their “breakfast system”.... damn...There are only very very few on the menu. I think there are only 5 to 6 “silog” meals. And if you want to order extra ... they would check first coz they would prioritize the meals...

Pros: Staff are very accommodating. Free breakfast. Everything is okay except for the rooms which is too noisy. You can hear a lot of sounds and voices coming from everywhere. If you want a good night sleep, make sure you have your earplugs on.

Basic necessities covered but far from restaurants ”
I liked our stay in Travel Bee Heritage Inn, but noted that the free corned beef breakfast was salty & that my room (I stayed in different ones 4 days apart) had noisy air conditioners & black ants. I wish they had tea as another option for a warm drink. There are no more shuttles to the pier and bikes are not free to rent anymore because of the pandemic. The Wi-Fi doesn’t penetrate all the rooms too. Despite the negative points I mentioned, what I loved best was the ambiance in the dining area & the staff were really helpful & made the stay really great. They were very friendly & accommodating and I wouldn’t mind staying there again if I had to do a quick trip.

Pros: cheaper than any other accommodation in Dapitan City. Cons: Very basic rooms, nothing special If dapitan has many hotels or inn i would not stay here, but due to the limited accomodation, i have no choice! Still, good stay for 1 night only! 1st stay paid for 1,000 plus free breakfast 2nd stay paid for 850 no free breakfast

I came from a fourteen hour drive from Butuan City. Arriving late, we decided to stay in a cheaper hotel in transition to our longer stay in another resort. As we left in the morning, it was my husband who brought down our stuff to the lobby and was unable to check the bathroom. The guy who does room check returned the laundry left behind. But not the toiletries. Soap, shampoo, deodorant, etc. All big and new bottles as we are a big family and traveling for a lot more days. I don't get how he could return the clothes, but not the rest of the stuff left behind.
