Spacy rooms, good prices but isolated”
The hotel was quite old with some problems (heating system, water supply were not available all the time). Rooms are clean and of enough space,. Good place to stay and relax but you need a car since it is located outside the city and far away from other hotels / buildings.

In the middle of forest”
After conference, me and a colleague decided to stay 1 more week in Korea and travel a bit around. Unfortunately we didnt not have any other choise, but this hotel. When we were at Jeju, there was Chinese-Japanese-Korean summit of prime-ministers. So everything was booked in all cities. At some sites, there was not single hotel available, so thanks to Agoda, we got at least something. Side of island First we want to stay in Jeju city and not on South of island in touristic part. But in the end choice was ok, as most attractions on the island are easier reachable from this part. Hotel was in the middle of forest. Nice view. Previous reviewers mentioned relaxing pool, that what we hoped for as well. But pool was without water and hotel was empty. Positive - some people at reception talked English and helped us to organize taxi-tour. First i worried, as driver didnt speak a word of English, but all worked out perfectly and we enjoyed the day a lot!

Traveler's Hotel Jeju ”
This is our second stay at this hotel over the Christmas holiday. Our last stay was 3 years ago. The hotel has definitely declined in services, the business center is gone, the restaurant is closed, there is no longer live entertainment in the lobby, and the rooms are not clean looking

Katastrophe!”
Kurz gefasst: Katastrophe für das Geld. Maximal 1.5 Sterne im Verhältnis zu anderen Hotels auf Jeju. Kein Wlan im Zimmer, Pool ausgelassen, Tennisplatz zugewachsen, Sauna außer Betrieb, Hoteleigener Shop um sich eine Kleinigkeit zu Essen zu kaufen öffnet erst ab 19.00. Shuttlebus ins JungmunResort fährt nur wenn man sich selbst drum kümmert und die Mitarbeiter dazu auffordert. Das erste 4 Sternehotel in dem ich alte Plastikbadeschlapfen im Bad hatte.

호텔인데 숙소에 옷을 걸 수 있는 옷걸이나 옷장이 없어서 방에 걸쳐 놓았던 것이 안 좋았고 시설이 오래 되어 리모델링을 해야 될 것 같음. 상당히 오래 되었으니 알고 이용하시길 바랍니다

단지 시내와 약간 거리가 있고(차로 10분) 대중교통을 이용할 수 없어 문제였습니다. 그러나 호텔에서 택시를 부를 수 있습니다.
