Never used Travel lodge before but definitely will again without a doubt. Large rooms, king size beds. Very clean and from the minute I walk through the doors the staff are very friendly and more than helpful in fact they couldn’t do enough and nothing was a problem. The place was so quiet and the views were just amazing but just a shame the windows are so high as a wee seat and watch the world go by with a wee wine would have been just perfect 😍 We will be back and highly recommend the Ayr one as so far that’s the only one we’ve been to.

Have stayed here twice now, and will definitely return. Large family room, with loads of space. Would have preferred a walk in shower (shower over bath in room) overall a great place to stay

Cheap and cheerful ”
Great value for money. No restaurant but beautiful little organic coffee house about 80 metres away with beautiful food dinners and lunches. Central to Ayr and the coast and easy to find. Dry friendly helpful staff. Immaculately clean and comfy rooms.
