Stayed here for convenience as travelling with elderly parent, Shuttle bus to airport takes 15-20mins, really friendly staff, parking available, and the food in the restaurant is adequate. But depending on what time you arrive you may need to go elsewhere for food. As we found out when we arrived at 2.30pm tired and hungry to find that the restaurant opens at 5pm.

The best traveldoge I been to”
Intially booked this hotel as it near the airport via shuttle bus. When i got there the staff were fantastic and went above and beyond from the reception to the bar staff. Everything was super clean and tidy. Big shout out to the bar staff who helped me with my drinks to my room with my hands full. If I have an early flight will defo stay here again.

Needed a spot for the night at the hotel and for price and location it was perfect. Bed was great, huge bar space downstairs, great wifi, easy to and back from the airport by shuttle. Definitely stay again

Convenient Airport Hotel”
The Travelodge is a short and inexpensive shuttle bus ride from Gatwick Airport with buses running constantly throughout the day. The hotel is very reasonable priced with clean and comfortable rooms. The staff is excellent with thanks to Owen, and his associates, in the restaurant/bar. Also special thanks to Chloe at the front desk. The Travelodge is highly recommended for an overnight stay in conjunction with a layover at Gatwick Airport.

The Travelodge was clean and fresh throughout Our room was cleaned my Everton and we were very happy with it Tea and coffee facilities in room Staff were welcoming ,friendly and helpful Food was limited but as we didn't arrive for check in until after 9pm I'd expect some items to be sold out I would stay here again

Great price and location”
Stayed at the Travelodge Gatwick Airport Central when we arrive in UK and again prior to our departure. Purchased the breakfast on morning of our departure and would give 2 thumbs up as it provided good quality and variety...plus unlimited coffee. Hotel and room were clean and comfortable at a very good price. The only downside is the you have to take the airport shuttle to and from the airport. We will be making more regular trips to UK in future and will definitely book in at the Travelodge again.

Traveller with adult son”
I booked the Travelodge Central Gatwick because of both its great value and proximity to North Terminal. The 100 Fastway bus to Povey Cross Road stops across the road from the hotel, which is behind the fire station - a few minutes’ walk away. We arrived early so went to their bar/cafe and had pizza, which was huge and very tasty. When we checked in for our twin room, we were given a quiet, spacious family room, which had a view of trees. It was clean and the beds comfortable. The bus to North Terminal stops directly outside the hotel’s doors. The room, transfers and meal cost about the same as a tiny hot room without coffee making facilities, or half the price of a premium one, inside the airport’s terminals. So, I recommend this for those on a budget.

The hotel was really nice - clean, modern, lovely decor at the bar and café, comfy bed, nice and inexpensive breakfast. Easy to access through Hoppa Bus from Gatwick Airport. I'd definitely recommend!

friendly, efficient, competent staff willing to go out of their way to help guests. good facilities with cafe which is good value and a bar which is very expensive for the type of establishment. big rooms reflecting the building's former XXXX status with previous operator. great connections to both terminals and inexpensive at gbp 3.50 each way plus local bus 100 which stops right outside the entrance (although this is 200 yaers from the front door) and goes to Crawley at least every half hour during working hours - recommended

hotel has been majorly updated since our last visit. totally faultless. food in restaurant was good, reasonably priced and the staff went out of their way to help. Special mention for Sam at reception who was helpful, friendly and very happy with his work. Also Ben in the restaurant went out of his way to be helpful. I wish every hotel I stayed in had such lovely, happy, friendly staff!

Inexpensive hotel close to airport”
The room was very comfortable and spacious. The breakfast was tasty and filling. The hotel was a slightly further away from the airport than other hotels, but still an easy was from the airport and it was much cheaper than other options. The bright sign travelodge sign on top of the building helped me to find the accommodation.

Great location, Shuttle stops in front of Hotel. Breakfast is great. Restaurant for dinner is very slow, long time to wait. The family room has very large space and 3 beds.
