                Friendly staff, great location, rooms super hot”

                Grace at front desk was lively, very helpful and a credit to the hotel. Literally my only complaint would be the stifling heat, turned heater off and left window open all day so second night was far more tolerable. Great locationto walk to aintree university hospital, whuch was purpose of visit.

                The lady on reception was really friendly and helpful. We had a blocked toilet but she sorted out a room move straight away. The room was as expected for a travelodge. You know what you are getting and the rooms have all we needed and we're clean. McDonald's and Doninoes within a stones through. The only issue was the room was hot and you could hear the Women on the tanoy taking the ordered at McDonald's drive through!! This kept us awake,and because we had to close the window it made the room hot. I might take a fan next time. Location and price worked well for where we were going. ( Liverpool Academy)

                Dirty, no facilities e.g. launderette/mini fridge or breakfast buffet. Staff is kind and helpful and the hotel is surrounded by food chains and grocery stores.

                Room could be doing with a refurb. Window not sealed properly - room drafts and significant noise from busy road. Room shook as lorries/buses went passed. Soap dispensers in bathroom didn’t work. Probably at price was reasonable value but some of these things could be fixed easily!

                Very basic, no frills Had a wash in the morning went to find the towels and they hadn't left any out for us had to use bedding to dry off and no phone line to reception. Told reception when leaving she said will pass it on to her manager????

                Awful nights sleep”

                Room had a really musty smell when we first went in. Then room was too hot during the night but when you open window your kept awake by the busy main road outside window.also had drunk guest chapping our door around 1am. Really not happy with this stay at all.
