Room was clean and bed very comfortable. Bathroom with shower cubicle. No bath. No fridge in the room. Extra pillows in room. No air conditioner/ fan provided and window can be opened. 30 min free wifi or £3 for 24 hours which you pay online. There is a lift. No cooked breakfast, only a cereal breakfast box. Cooked breakfast available at adjacent restaurant ? Adjacent to the Two Rivers shopping area, which is behind the Staines pedestrianised shopping area. I did not have a car, but I think parking is expensive and limited by day and free overnight in Two Rivers parking area. Not sure if any parking available with hotel itself. There are plenty of restaurants in Two Rivers and a cinema. Railway Station is 15 -20 minutes or so, walk. Bus interchange is behind the Staines shops. Uber from station cost about £5

Stayed 1nt ., very clean , comfortable bed and power shower was brilliant. Very convenient for parking and shopping mall and fast food very close. Lovely location. Would recommend .

The hotel was situated in a complex that included some excellent shops and eating outlets and so convenient for many attractions including Windsor Legoland. We will most certainly use this particular Travelodge again in the near future

Great Budget Hotel”
If you’re just looking for somewhere cheap and basic for a night or two this is perfect. Price was a bargain and location is perfect for shops, bars and restaurants. Pretty basic and a bit dated but clean and tidy with a decent shower. Would definitely recommend if you’re just looking for a cheap and simple room for the night

Great location to stay close to London attractions, rooms need urgent updating air on would have been a big bonus and carpet could do with a clean as our feet were becoming dirty. You get what you pay for so can’t complain too much but one facility I did miss was a warm breakfast to start the day which they don’t offer. Overall I would stay again in the future.

The hotel is good. But it needs a bit of renovation. At the moment the toilet and the carpet is really dirty. They did not clean my room it was left with dirty stains on the floor. I arrived late at night, and was tired never bothered to complain as I was very tired coming from work. Just wanted to say please check rooms before client arrives

I requested twin beds which didn’t happen because they didn’t bother reading the booking form. The first room we were put in smelt so bad of cigarettes that we couldn’t stand in there. The next room had stains everywhere it was disgusting. The staff at the desk was polite but absolutely oblivious with customer service.

Unfortunately we weren’t able to stay at the hotel for our plane being delayed. Email said non refundable which I think is a bad idea considering the state of travel worldwide.

Both woken both nights due to boy racers doing donuts in car park opposite all night. Group shouting and screaming In room and outside hotel all night. Found out were call girls. Was full of service personal due to event at thorpe park all weekend so everyone complained. Asked to move room after first night and was told too speak to manager at 12. Was at thorpe park all day so wasn't able too. TV reception awful. Mould on window. Lights needed cleaning and some didn't work. Staff unhelpful and dismissive. Won't be using this hotel again....

All very basic, but clean & comfortable. Great position in town. Only gripe small one No parking. Perhaps they can get an agreement with the council to have parking just to load & unload.
