Check the room before checking in especially if you have kids. Dirty, beds not fixed, smelly room, molds were seen inside the room, the front guy Sergio offered/assigned to us. Customer service👎👎👎

Excellent Customer service. Very courteous Staff. Lobby furniture requires immediate attention. Depressing first impression.

- Don’t have high expectations, it’s not a luxury hotel, and you’ll be fine. Location is super nice. Price range was the cheapest I could find at the moment. Nice environment. Only negative I could find was the room smelled a little, I think it’s the carpet, but I brought scented candles and air fresheners so we’re good. Would recommend if you’re looking for something affordable with a nice location. Close to Disney attractions.

Where do I start the drunks arguing outside the room people hanging all over the hall ways so you have squeeze thru with your luggage JUST GHETTO. playground look rusty. now the room. Furniture is outdated, scratched up, old tv, BEDS WERE HORRIBLE REASON WHY I STILL Have a backache a week later it feels like cardboard on springs. Tables were wet and sticky. seriously scared to touch anything and lastly I feel bad for any family member sleeping on the sofa couch. The pad is so thin it's like sleeping on a kotex on metal. If I can give it 0 stars I def.

We had a great stay”

One of the best location if you're planning to see Disney. There's different restaurant around the area, also near with their local and cheap shops which is really great for "pasalubong". The room was big and despite of having 3kids with us we had enough towels, soaps, tissues, coffee in the morning. Except for the breakfast that can be improved (never been excited with the free breakfast they offer because of varieties) and the room design that can also be renovated,nour stay was perfect. I will definitely comeback and stay at the same hotel and room.

Loud & Dirty”

Room was dirty and hotel was extremely loud. Lots of guests hanging out with their room doors open. AC didn't work properly and we didn't feel comfortable leaving the window open as there were a lot of sketchy people hanging around.Hotel next door was abandoned. Staff were helpful enough.

cheap, spacious room”

the hotel is quite old but they have spacious rooms. it is situated near many restaurants and fast food chains (eg. mcdo, kfc, burger king). if you are after value for money, i would recommend this hotel.

cheap, convenient but average”

it was my first time staying in the travelodge suites. The lady who speaks chinese in the counter and the lady who sells theme park tickets in the lobby are really friendly and helpful. you can drive ~10mins to nearest walmart and there are also some small convenience stores outside the hotel. However, the room was not very clean and most importantly... our room's door cannot be locked properly! you must slam the door a few times until it was closed properly! we told the staff about the door but when we came back after sight-seeing the other day, i found that the door wasnt locked and i could open the door easily! luckily, nothing was missing but i think they can do better in security and house-keeping.

Great location and close to a lot of amenities ”

Great hotel! So close to lots of local shops and restaurants. There is a free shuttle to Disney Theme parks. However, it only leaves once in the morning and once at night, so we ended up catching a cab back from the park which was about 30USD. great swimming pools and laundry service. Breakfast is simple but complimentary which is great. the rooms are very big and comfy. Would highly recommend.

had a few problems staying here the wi fi was not working most of our 2 week stay and the pool was not heated until the day we left but manager promised a 15% discount for us but otherwise the stay was great maid service was great very friendly and will be staying again

Lovely hotel with good room facility”

Travelodge Suites East Gate Orange Hotel is a lovely hotel with good room facility. The microwave and refrigerator are very useful, especially when we need to warm some food. The room is quite spacious making our stay comfortable. The receptionist is very friendly and ready to help us who have just visited Orlando the first time. We would like to stay in this hotel for our next visit to Orlando.
