The rooms really need an upgrade, but overall an enjoyable stay”

Good food and big portions in the restaurant Staff was very friendly Pickup/drop-off by tricycle Immediately after arrival, they offered a tour package. Probably overpriced but given the remote location it was very convenient. Would have been a hassle to arrange transport and guides, and we enjoyed the experience.
Problems with the toilet flushing, hot shower not working (moved to another room because of that) and lots of broken things in general Location far away from the town center

Very disappointing - sleepless nights - too much noise .”

The one staff member who we met was doing her job well. But she had no support.
First night no sleep, karaoke and then fighting in the bar beneath our accommodation, breaking glass and histrionics until the early hours. Breakfast we pre ordered but were told not available in the morning. Second night puppy dog crying until the early hours keeping everyone awake. The owners who live above dont seem to care. There was no contact even though we asked about hiking trails the first evening. No one contacted us. Could not recommend this place to anyone. They dont appear to care about the guests.
