It was a very devastating experience. We went there to have a relaxation but it turns out to be the worst experience. I received a confirmation email of my booking on Dec. 24, 2019 so we went there together with my family who are senior citizens and infant. When we got there we were told by the admin of the Baguio townhouse that the unit i booked V-2A has already guests checked in at that time. I told them I received a confirmation of my booking from agoda and from princess natividad who is the unit owner. they then called up her mother because no one can answer us how did it happen. we were so tired and hungry that time coming from a long drive from manila. senior citizens were exhausted and all we heard from their admin was “ it’s not our fault, we have nothing to do with it. you call agoda and make your complain there”. we were so devastated until one unit owner offered help to contact the parents of Princess Natividad. they arrived at the frontdesk and when i showed them the confirmation they instatntly told us that they dont own an agoda account and that it was not them who confirmed my booking. They said they have nothing to do with it because as far as they know they dont have any property with agoda. we were so devastated hearing that because we dont think about our selves but the senior citizens and infant who were with us. so i told them to wait for a while because I called up a friend who happens to be an officer of the military in baguio city to ask for assistance and to blotter our case. thats when they called up princess and we were told that she cancelled my booking but agoda has pushed through with it. I do not know who is telling the truth but i wish agoda is not responsible for this. And i hoped that the unit owner Princess Natividad’s attention be called out because this may happen again in the future. I have another booking with agoda and i hope this incident will not happen again in the future.
