Barely ok”
Not expect much in this hotel, but you need to ring the bell for someone opens the door is weird, especially when the bell doesn’t work properly or no one in the reception desk would be a problem. This improved will be not a bad choice while it’s not expensive.

So I went to this hotel just to spend one night. And it was the worst night of my life. First of all, the location wasn't good. The hotel from outside doesn't look really good and not just that, looks like it was a bad area and far from center. Second, when it was almost night, there was someone in one of the rooms with very loud music. Then a friend of this person joined him wuth the music and being very loud, screaming, etc. Not only that, during the night they were drunk and trying to open the other people's rooms with the key so it keep me awake almost all night trying to keep the door closed just in case they were able to open it. No one said stopped them. Disgusting. It made me feel so unsafe. The staff was nice, that's the only good thing but I don't recommend this hotel if you want a quiet night.

Clean, modern cheap & cheerful ”
Clean, tidy and modern room. Excellent shower! A little out of town but Albert Dock is 10 minutes and £6 in a cab. There is a couple of shops next to hotel where you can buy bits. I think for the money I paid it's worth it as a hotel in the city was £100 dearer per night. If your just after a room to sleep and shower then it will be fine if you want hotel luxuries then I wouldn't book here to avoid disappointment. There is limited parking as the hotel is located in a terraced housing area, I managed to park to the side of the building that is on camera and my car was fine but I was worried something would happen to it as its a run down area. Overall very happy with our stay 👌🏻

I checked in early and had to pay extra, that wasnt a problem. Well until they entered my room without knocking. Didnt you get the info that the room was occupied seriously? They had a peek first before they say sorry. Really unpleasant

Great and so cheap”
The manager kindly offered to let me check in 30 minutes after the stated time of 11pm deadline. He also allowed me to check out half an hour later. The room was large and had two single beds in it and a flat screen TV which I could watch for free. It was also very clean and had free parking which was monitored by CCTV. It did not have wifi though as stated on the website and the noise of traffic from the road is very loud and would tend to wake me up. On the days I was working this did not bother me though as I was awake anyway.

point positif : près du centre ville, nouveau mobilier. Points négatif 1) le thermostat du radiateur ne fonctionnait pas si bien que même si il était à zéro, le chauffage était bouillant. on se serait crû dans un sauna en rentrant dans la chambre ( chambre 104). La seule solution qu'a trouvé le personnel de l'accueil était de coupé le chauffage jusqu'au lendemain. 2)La lumière principale ne marchait pas donc je m'éclairais avec la lumière d'entrée + la lampe de chevet. je vous dis pas le peu de clarté auquel j'avais droit. 3) par moment il y avait une odeur nauséabonde dans la salle de bain dont je n'ai jamais su d'où elle provenait. 4) il n'y avait plus de personnel d'accueil à partir de 23h30 jusqu'à plus de 9h30 (heure où j'ai fait mon check out et dont il n'y avait pas la moindre présence du personnel. j'ai dû déposer les clefs dans une boite au lettre. Alors au cas où si il y avait une problème dans la chambre, on devait prendre notre mal en patience. Personnellement si je devais noter cette hotel, ça aurait été un 4 sur 10 (et je suis gentil)
