35£ for me, partner and baby for one night for extra double room. room with double bed, tv and stairs on second floor where is extra place and toilet with shower. nice warm water in shower. minuses: - just 2 towels for 2 persons (other hotels are 4 towels for 2 person) - poor tea&coffe maker (4 coffees, 4 teas, 4 sugars) - for me and partner cold in room - microwave was no cleaning because inside was empty pizza box. +: very comfortable and big bed tv in room warm nice water fridgeµwave in room cheap price nice room

the hotel was fine for the money. Staff were very good, even offered us a great room on the 2nd floor which i wished i had taken in the end. But was offered a room on the ground floor seeing we had heavy bags. I thought it was a good idea until the smoking area was outside our window, even used the ledge for there packets of smokes. They were talking loud even to the stage I asked them to give it a break we are trying to sleep. DO NOT GET ROOM G07 its at the entrance front door slamming all night could hear the receptionist . Very noisy

We arrived at 930 at night for a one night stay to visit anfield. The lady on the desk was very helpful offering food choices at this time of night. We'd requested 2 rooms together as it was me and my older son. The rooms were just down the corridor from each other so that was fine seeing how we'd only booked that day. The rooms were clean and bright. You get a key card for entry to the hotel. Nowhere was serving food so they said we could get take out. For what we paid we couldn't have asked for more. Lovely hotel.

This hotel is far from the main town but that's really my only negative comment. I walked into the room and was very pleasantly stunned, considering that I only paid £24 for the night. The room was very well laid out, the space used sensibly, spotless. The bed was comfortable and the water hot in the shower. The WiFi was fast and the Netflix available on the flat screen tv was a nice touch. I had a good stay, really did.

We were attending a party in Crosby so this hotel & location was ideal & a 5 minute walk from the train station. Room was basic, clean and good value for what we paid only compliant was there was no soap in the bsthroom? Check in was bizzare as the lady was a little to open about what goes on in the hotel.

The room itself was adequate with good tv, bathroom facilities esp. shower but felt for the money paid for one night's stay (£80 plus), breakfast provision should have been included. Felt that this was not made clear when being booked hence the answer 'No' above. Interesting to note the review comment on this page from Karolina regarding food choices.

The area the hotel was in didn't look very nice, broken bottles in the car park, smashed windows on the property next door, I have an old car and it worried me to leave it parked outside. Hotel reception looked shabby although the girl on the desk was very friendly and helpful. We booked 2 rooms which were a short walk apart, on entering they looked ok, tidy enough but on further examination we found cotton buds in plug sockets, vomit stains up the wall, urine stains on the seat of the loo, broken chair legs and the smoke alarms were covered in plastic bags. There was also chewing gum stuck to the window ledge, broken curtain finials and really thin blinds at the windows. If you are a stag party who just want somewhere to crash this would be fine but for a family of 5 with 3 kids it just didn"t feel safe. We checked straight back out and went to a different hotel. The girl on the desk offered us an upgrade on the grounds they can't even cover the basics of a clean toilet we declined.

Very poor room amenities”
Because of the Liverpool Vs Manchester weekend, the room rate was exorbitant. I made a mistake of booking an extra night for two rooms when my friends had to leave on the night of the match because of the change of match fixtures. The hotel refused to refund us because of their no cancellation policy clause that I missed out while booking. Very unreasonable...The moment you opened the door, the room smelt damp and unpleasant. The room was without any clothes racks or hangers. There was no where we could hang our coats. No cupboards too. The carpet was filthy! Couldn’t bear to step on it barefooted. There were no bins to throw trash too! They gave us coffee and mugs but there was no kettle. No hairdryer! No way to dry our hair after our shower! There were no racks or hooks in the toilet. No where to hang our towels. We asked for fresh towels and found undesirable hairs on it and decided not to use it. Overall, we had a miserable time for the three nights we were there!

The hotel was dirty. Our glasses had lipstick all around them and the bathroom facilities were dirty. The first room they put us in was so tiny you could barely get in as the bed took most of the space. The beds were tiny too. A double was really a large single. Very intimate for a couple!! I’m guessing you get what you pay for!

DON’T STAY HERE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ”
There are literally no pros of this dump , apart from the fact that it would be great for tourism as it is the real life faulty towers(but worse!) Okay so the cons , we could be here for a while - To begin , upon arrival we were greeted with the smell of a damp hovel , which is clearly a health and safety issue . We asks for rooms that where next to each other however weren’t given them. As we went into our room ,, it smelt like someone had been smoking in there , and as we specifically asked for a non smoker room we were very disappointed. Okay , so the bathroom .....the bin was dirty and full , the shower was coated in mould and was piping hot 🥵 and .....oh yeah there was a hole in the ceiling! Upon alerting the receptionist if this , she merely stated that they knew! There was dirt everywhere, and the only thing that seemed to have been cleaned was the beds , there where cobwebs and mould all around the room , and the tv was crooked ! Oh yeah , and bed bugs !

Not a 3 star, not worth the money”
Hotel was dirty, smelly and definitely not worth the money. Shower full of black mold and one of the rooms had stains all over the seating, plus a whole in the wall. The towels were stained and full of little hair. One of the non smoker rooms was full of smell of cold cigarette smoke. All over just not a nice stay to remember and we were glad that we only stayed a night and made it as short as possible.

Our welcoming was awful. We waited for more than one hour outside at 10:00pm as they said we could arrive until 11:00pm. The host was not avaible at all and when we came to open the door at half past 23:00, we was odious. We had a very bad night. We paid too much for a double bed perhaps we are one Adult, a teenager and a Child.
