Disappointed ”

I don’t usually leave reviews, but im extremely disappointed with this stay. I received few emails from them asking when will I be arrived the hostel, but the email address was unfounded when I tried to reply them despite the fact that they were able to contacted me via the same email address . When I got to the address they’ve put on the site, I found no hostel, totally lost, and since I was travelling so I don’t have any mobile mins to contact them as they advised, luckily I have friends who live in the UK who can helped me to contact them with the number they provided, turns out I can just WhatsApp them. Now, imagine if someone who are travelling to a different country with no friends and mobile mins, how stressful they’d be feeling when they can’t contact the hostel staff? If they can be contacted via WhatsApp, they should put that in the email that they sent to the customer or make their email address valid . Also, I booked a room with semi double bed, but i got a single bed. The actual room are totally different from the pictures. I’m sure there’s better options with similar price range.

Very good accommodation”

This is very good accommodation for the following reasons. (1) Address: Troutbeck, Flat 16, Albany Street, London NW1 4EG (2) Location: Very close to the Regent's Park, several underground stations and Euston Train Station. (3) Facility: There are 4 rooms, 1 communal bathroom, 1 communal shower room, and 1 communal kitchen (including a laundry washing machine). Lots of useful facilities and items are equipped. (4) Accommodation staff: I communicated with two managers, and both of them are very friendly and prompt to inquiries of residents including me. They deserve to have many clients, and I wish that many tourists will use their service. (5) Cleaning staff: The cleaning staff cleans the flat regularly (not everyday). They cleaned the corridor, kitchen bathroom and shower room professionally. (6) Noise: There is only one negative point that I experienced. The quality of soundproof is not very great. Therefore, you might need to bring ear plugs. However, considering the price and other aspects of service, I'm still very satisfied with this accommodation.

跟Google map上的位置完全不同，實在是很難找到。還有那樓梯，不太建議帶着大行李箱的旅客來住，不然會搬得很痛苦。然後，住宿洗澡的熱水基本來說就是冷水! The location of the place is totally different from the Google map, we spent lots of time for searching the place. Also, we don't recommend people who carry large luggage. Since the flat is on the second floor of the building, it is hard for people to carry belongings up to the stairs. In addition, the water in the shower is not hot at all.

가격 대비 나쁘지 않음.”

숙소 위치는 바로 옆에 공원들이 있어 아침에 운동하길 좋아한다면 딱 좋다. 소호까지는 걸어서 20분 정도 걸린다. 방은 깨끗했고 화장실이랑 샤워실도 더럽진 않았다. 공용 부엌에 식기들이랑 커피포트는 좀 위생이 좋지 않아 보였다.
