Exceptional”
The hotel is accessible to the beach and few steps away from restaurants and Royal Hawaiian Center. We were able to jog in the park across the hotel. There was also a fireworks on Saturday night at the nearby hotel which we watched from our balcony. Overall, we highly recommend the hotel and will come back in our future visit here.

Great place but....”
We went in Dec. 2020. The room was good and the staff was excellent. The room was perfect. The big let down was the quality of food from room service which was basic, bland and very disappointing. We might as well have bought junk food from the local convenience store. Another huge miss was BLT which is their attached steakhouse. From the tough as leather rib eye to the sad excuse for homemade bread and the crab cake which I would almost swear was made from a can of cat food. We ordered the mushroom side and brussel sprout side that was highly recommended by our server. Both could have been better used pothole filler for a bad road. Simply inedible. It is quite evident that this steakhouse has no chef. Just some kids in back from the local waffle house doing what they can. So sad.

Nice rooms and service but resort lacking”
It is well off the beach with not much of a view. The pool is SMALL and get zero sun and on site dining is very limited. It is also a several block walk to the main part of kalakau.

Good location but not so friendly”
I had high expectations to Trump before the visit but it was unfulfilled. I was out on my second day of stay before 9:30am but when i came back after 3pm, the room was not cleanned. When i called the front office to check the situation, the staffs answer was "i wouldn't know why".

We were very pleased with our stay at Trump Waikiki. The property itself is new and very clean. Our room had a small kitchenette (I think they all do) with a bar fridge, microwave and stove top. Two waters provided daily upon request. Full size soaps, larger size shampoo, conditioner and body wash, blow dryer and makeup mirror were in the bathroom. The hotel staff were exceptional, always pleasant and eager to assist. The location is a five minute walk from the beach and each person is provided, upon request, with a large beach bag filled with a towel, water and fruit. You can rent tanning beds and umbrellas once there. We enjoyed our stay and would not hesitate to recommend the property to anyone.

Superior Customer Service! Fantastic location!”
While the Trump Hotel can be expensive, I believe you do get what you pay for. Nothing is a problem for any of the staff. I needed the mattress changed as it was too soft it was done within 30 minutes. All the staff are friendly nothing is too much. The cleanliness of the room is impeccable. As is the pool and common areas. Close to Waikiki Beach and and few minutes to the Beach Walk. BLT restaurant serves a fantastic meal but you can also drop in at Sunset for the Early Bird special and have a few drinks at bar. I have stayed several times and will continue to do so due to outstanding staff and facilities. It's worth it!

intimate service in a modern posh setting”
Iwe went to hawaii for 3 nites. We spent 2 at sherton ad one at trump. we concluded that we should have just stayed at trump the whole trip. When we pulled up the staff greeted us with shell necklace, similar to lays(?) and waterelon infused water. From then on the staff front desk staff knew us by name and left a nice messege on our anwering machince coupled with a nice turn-down service. The locatiprivate beach area and had complimentry beach bags with towels, fruit and water.on was great and although it was not on the beach the hotel had complimentry beach bgs filled with towels, fruit and water. The pool was a little small but its was still nice. The staff set up towels and magazines and served refreshments and flowers. The room was nice, clean and modern. It had warm robs and a big tv. The bed was very comfortable and hada cozy duvet. I will definately stay there again when i visit Hawaii.

Great service at a great location”
This is our second stay at Trump Waikiki, the service is still one of the best and the rooms are still very clean and tidy. I have no complaints about it at all except the pool is kind of small. But who needs the pool when the beach is just across the road?

Worth it!”
It was my second time to stay at Trump Waikiki. It was valuable. I liked the options with 2-bedroom or 3-bedroom where it was great to travel with family or group of friends. Nice service from bell men to cleaning ladies. Would like to visit it again!
