接客はさすが老舗”
老舗なので、建物自体は古めです。清掃はきちんとされていますが、ところどころ古さがでていました。 立地は最高で、高速降りて直ぐの所にあり、駐車場はイオンとの共同なので無料でした。 朝ごはんは洋食と和食から選べて、どちらも美味しかったです。

ロケーションの良さ”
イオンのパーキングと共有で、隣にイオンがあるので、雨に濡れずに立体駐車場とイオンが利用できる。 近くのえん屋と言う居酒屋さんもとても美味しいお酒が揃っているし、オススメ。 ホテルは値段通りなので、文句は全くない。

急な予約だったけど”
丁寧な出迎えと案内で、とてもいい宿泊が出来ました。六階角部屋で、弥彦山が目の前にそびえ立ち、最高のロケーションでした。 翌朝、我々のチェックアウトが遅かったこともあり、清掃員の皆さんが他のお部屋の清掃をなさっている所、我々に気づいてか、手を止めて「おはようございます。」「ご利用ありがとうございました。」と気持ち良く挨拶して貰えたのも嬉しい点ですね！ また、利用させていただきます。 ありがとうございました！

こちらのミスでダブルベット2部屋を3名で予約してしまったのを追加料金は有りましたが気持ち良く変更してくださいました。 設備的には古さを感じますが、変に駅近より落ち着いた感じがします。

가성비 좋습니다. 방도 넓은 편이고요,, 호텔이 좀 오래된것 같은데 관리 잘 되어있어 특별히 불편하진 않았습니다. 이온몰과 바로 연결되어있어 쇼핑, 식사하기 편했습니다.

니가타현 츠바메산조 지역이 원래 관광지가 아니다보니 주변이 즐길 거리가 별로 없지만, 나름 번화가 지역에 위치해 있어 주변 음식점도 많고, 츠바메산조역에서 도보로 이동 가능할만큼 가까워 니가타시로 10분정도로 이동 가능하며, AEON몰과 같은 건물을 쓰다보니 주차장도 넉넉하고, 생필품이나 먹거리도 사는데 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 호텔이 오래되다보니 시설이 다소 구식이긴 하지만 잘 관리되고 있었고 청결했습니다.
