Simple accommodation yet good service owner ”
The accommotation is clean & simple but the owners are very friendly & offer pick up to/from train station. The walking distance is kinda far from station. Due to the design of the house, the sound isolation is not good. Overall is quite satisfied with the warm owners.

The hosts are very friendly and helpful, everything is well equipped and room is very nice. But there is acoustic problem same as other traditional Japanese houses. The hosts will pick you up and drove you to station if they are free, extremely nice to offer. Location is good with a department store and onsen within 5 mins walk, and they offer free bike renting for traveling around the city. Highly recommended for others who don't mind noises from other rooms. And good price as well.

房東真的超好人！還未到時間check in她就開車來車站接我們的行李，又跟我們談了好久關於行程的事，教我們坐車，走的時候又載我們去車站。旅行中在旅館附近遺失了手機，房東和我一起去找，最後在警局找回了！房東也為我感到高興，實在太感激了！下次還會再入住！

房主好NICE”
地點離兩邊的站也有一段距離,比較上JR會近一點,但走路去仍是挺累,因為晚上落機所以選擇了先留在和歌山,還好房主來了JR站接我們,第2天回大阪也有送回我們去JR站,另外房間隔音比較差,基本上沒有隔音,晚上被鼻軒聲嘈到睡不著-.-

非常親切友善的民宿主人”
貼心且免費的接送服務，住到這裡就像回家一般舒適，第一次見老闆娘就好像認識已久的好朋友，輕鬆愉快主動協助關於旅行的疑問。房間環境乾淨整潔絕對不是最豪華，但最舒服就像回家！兩間共用淋浴間一間共用廁所，淋浴間熱水充足蓮蓬頭水柱舒服放鬆，如果廁所洗手台和廚房流理台有熱水會更完美，沐浴乳洗髮精吹風機牙膏牙刷等用品齊全，還有餐具碗盤及茶包可以使用。鄰近餐廳商圈、藥妝雜貨購物街，步行約五到十分鐘。提供免費愛心折疊自行車讓我們更輕鬆在附近逛逛，欣賞和歌山城的風景。唯一可惜的是隔音效果不是太好，提供免費拋棄式耳塞，這也是民宿老宅的真實體驗。

老闆娘夫妻非常親切熱情，房間就如同網站上的照片，乾淨而舒適並備有小點心，附近也有Family Mart以及商店街。雖然距離和歌山車站有點距離，但相對鄰近和歌山城，很適合觀光住宿。
