Great Onsen and excellent seasonal food! Staffs were kind and served us with great hospitality. ”
The place is conviently located near the Kirishima Onsen Market and it’s easy to find. The room was big with private Onsen, both indoor and outdoor one. They also have a public’s outdoor Onsen which was also very good. The meals were tasty, fresh and were exquisitely present.ed. We will definitely come back if we will visit Kirishima again and will not hesitate to recommend it to people who are looking for a place with good facilities and high privacy.

Outstanding ryokan”
Staff (maybe owner) was attentive and polite. They tried every efforts to make our stay enjoyable. Kaiseki dinner was well planned complimented with sparkling champagne and plum liqueur served in the room. Breakfast was served in the dining room. It was Japanese style and needless to say was very healthy. We especially liked the steamed vegetables. The open-air onsen was quite special and we also liked the onsen in our room. We have added this ryokan to our re-visit list!

Very beautiful ryokan. I enjoyed staying in a room with the smell of rush grass from the tatami mats and sliding doors. Loose leaf tea was supplied in the rooms, a small nice addition. The onsen in the room and patio was perfect to relax in after hiking all day. My sister and I had a lot of food requests and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. Thank You.

Simple but perfect onsen and food experience”
We love the onsen hotel to be simple and boutique, unlike many others which serve hundreds and then could be noisy. And this is exactly the type we are looking for, especially it provides private onsen in each room. The food is perfect - as compared to many other onsen hotels we stayed. But it would be helpful if there is a laundry masculine - We came in a typhoon night and that was what we expected.

The whole complex is nicely designed, staffs are attentive, food is nice with special local dish chicken sashimi- it sounds scary but actually tasty, in our room there is two onsen tub one indoor and one outdoor- authentic sulphuric onsen water. By the dinner time you enjoy upstairs your “bed” is already well laid on tatami when you return. Shampoo, face moisture, hair products they served are high ended local japanese brand!

せっかくの隠れ宿なのに、なんだか残念”
部屋は清潔で隅々まで心配りされ、内湯、部屋付き露天共に湯加減も湯質も上々。中々です。 さて、料理ですが、味は悪くありませんが献立に工夫やサプライズが全くありません。ステーキに豚しゃぶ（豚は苦手と言ったら、では肉減らしときますと減らされた）椀はアオサだけ。魚料理は無い。 期待し過ぎですか？ ６部屋しかないのに、女将の挨拶も無し。なんだか、とても、もったいなく残念な心痛い思いの宿でした。

房間大，另配有廚房。有咖啡機，熱水機，咖啡粉同茶葉。 一泊2食，有懷石料理，食物很精緻及質素好。有和牛，剌身雞食。(check in 時會有中英日對照，問你有乜唔食。放心) 我出去食晚餐，返房已經發聲床已set 好，廚房用過既杯，茶壺，咖啡杯幫我洗曬。勁利害。 霧島本身勁多蚊，行出街已經勁多蚊跟住，所以我今次5月住，一出露天溫泉激多蚊。但放心，房櫃有蚊怕水，一噴即死。所以唔推薦5月去。多蚊唔係酒店問題，係成個霧島面對既問題。 呢度位置不錯，酒店一出，已經有巴士站。去程回程都係酒店對出。便利店同溫泉市場又好近，5分鐘腳程。(即係用腳行) 呢間酒店貴得有道理，你住過就明。

優點： 1. 位置優越：距離前往鹿兒島機場的巴士站僅3分鐘步程，車程約30-40分鐘。附近有family mart、溫泉市場、餐廳、手信店、足浴。可步行7分鐘前往丸尾瀑布。 2. 私隱度高：房間數目少，用饍地點用屏風分隔，播放悦耳音樂，非常舒適 3. 環境別緻：有一個室內風呂，一個室外風呂，室內風呂有一部分有遮蓋，因此下小雨時也可泡湯，環境非常優美。還有小庭院。 4. 其他：服務貼心、招呼周到、設備完善、餐饍美味且份量剛好。 缺點：沒有，完全是物超所值的完美體驗。

所以選擇此旅館都是看評論決定，直至親臨旅館後，感到相當滿意。雖然言語不通，職員嘗試用簡單英語及google translates 提供旅遊及交通資訊于我們，誠意十足。整間旅館共六個房間，但非常有私隱空間。本人房間內有一室內及一室外溫泉，還有一個小小的庭園；房間之設備盡顕心思。食物質素，餐具及擺設亦相當出色，令我有一個相當滿意的旅程

1박 코마츠 1박 이부스키 백수관 숙박하였습니다.”
코마츠에 대한 총평은 "친절한 남자 직원분이 계시다" 이게 전부 입니다. 사실 료칸을 가면 기모노를 입은 여자직원분의 친절함을 같이 생각하게 됩니다만 코마츠는 남자직원 두분이 제가 본 직원의 전부이며 기모노를 입은 여직원은 코마츠에서는 보기 힘듭니다. 그나마 아이2명과 방문했는데 전체적으로 일손이 딸리는 듯한 인상으로 입실할때도 짐일부를 들어줄뿐 짐도 반이상은 제가 들고 계단을 오르락 내리락 하였습니다. 다른 료칸은 전 직원들이 나와서 짐에는 손도 못대게 하는게 대부분인데 이 부분은 실망감이 큽니다. 1박 코마츠 2박째는 백수관에 숙박하였는데 가격적인 만족도 부분에서도 가고 시마 최고라는 백수관이 훨씬 좋습니다. 코마츠에서는 2번째로 큰방을 사용하였는데 3살미만 아기 둘다 한명당 34000엔 가량의 추가 요금과 온천세가 추가로 있었습니다.(아고다에는 세금포함이라 모든 금액이 포함으로 알고 있었습니다) 총 금액은 7만 2천엔 이였습니다. 백수관은 2살이상 3살이하 아기에게만 1천엔 정도 추가 지급을 요구하였고 따로 온천세도 없었습니다. 방은 제일 좋은 방으로 총 6만8천엔 정도를 지불 하였습니다. 금액 적인 부분과 시설적인 부분 가성비 부분에서도 코마츠를 선택할 이유는 없어보입니다. 관계자분이 보신다면 저녁 가이세키 부분도 거의 채소요리라 너무 부실해서 배가 고플정도 입니다. 서빙을 해주는 타이밍도 한분이 계속 서빙을 해주시는게 아니라 모든 방을 같이 서빙하시는지 먹을게 많아서 식사 시간이 길어지는게 아니라 먹을게 없는데도 시간이 걸리니 기다리기 힘들정도 입니다. 반면 백수관은 회종류도 많이 있고 추가 금액 없이도 랍스타 회도 섞여 있어 배부르게 먹었습니다. 가시는 한국분들은 참고하시기 바랍니다. 그리고 운영자분은 개인 온천이외에는 매리트가 없어보이니 특히나 저녁 가이세키 부분은 많은 업그레이드가 필요할것 같습니다.
