Fabulous hotel - superb staff and great facilities in a good location.”
We booked this a bit ‘last minute’, and we’re not disappointed. The staff were absolutely fabulous - especially the front desk. Our room was available early, and they had even noted that it was my birthday, and on the day, they left a happy birthday message in flowers on the bed! The breakfast was excellent, and I also had a massage (I recommend the hot stone one). The fitness centre is good (although could use some air con in June!), and the WiFi is good. The local area is lovely with some nice local restaurants nearby. It’s only 15minutes to the old town, and 5 to the water puppet theatre. Really couldn’t fault this place at all. We’d definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay”
The location is excellent, between the old town and the beach, fairly quiet. The room was very clean and the bed super comfortable. The pool is big and the whole garden area is very nice, they also offer a happy hour for cocktails and beer. The breakfast is ok, nothing special. Staff very nice and polite, eager to help

Excellent hotel, excellent service”
A beautiful boutique hotel with large spacious rooms and a lovely pool and lounging area great for families. The service was extraordinary. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay the most enjoyable it could be. Daisy greeted us with great English and explained all the amenities. The breakfast had an excellent selection and egg chef and the best coffee. The pool was large enough for several swimmers and our 2 families with kids to enjoy comfortably. And the poolside area had ample loungers and nice towels for all guests to enjoy. The rooms were large and many if not it all had a balcony or outdoor seating area; I would recommend getting a room overlooking the pool area if possible. So many amenities like the pool, spa, fitness room, recommendations for tailors and they helped us with return transportation to DaNang. The only downside is that it is a 20 min walk to the old town so it is out of the way. Highly recommended hotel!

Value for Money ”
I stayed during my weekend trip to Hoi an TTC hotel and this was my second trip. the Staff at Reception she was very kind in nature and tacking care and wishing you every time you pass from Reception, good English speaking and happy to help you always, I think she is the most suitable for the job she is doing. I will come again. However one minus point is that break fast has not much choice and very limited Manu due to Covid-19. rest all was fantastic. TTC up-graded my booking free of cost and Deluxe villa was given to me that was big surprise to me and feel very happy during my stay.

The staff here are wonderful. The breakfast itself is really good. The rooms are clean and beautifully kept. We would come back again. Free bike rentals were great to ride into old town. We were travelling with a 1 year old and found it very comfortable here. We would come back.

I book wrong date on Agoda and call to the hotel to change. Even I can not connect to their reservation service, the admin girl is so flexible and ask the manager to change booking for me. During the time I stay here, their service is 5 star from admin, bellman, guards to restaurant staff. The room is very clean and comfortable. Even I book their standard room, the view is quite nice. It is really worthy with this price. Location is between Cua Dai Beach, and Hoi An centre, around 1,5 km to the beach, 1,5 km to the city.

Really good breakfast and free bikes”
The hotel is located outside the busy old Town but the free bikes at the reception will take you there in 10min. The hotel is clean and the rooms are spacious. The showers are really good as well. The breakfast is definitely good value for money. You can choose between Vietnamese and Western cuisine and it's all good.

I tripped to vietnam for 3weeks, this hotel is the best for me. I will stay here again later. Its not new, fancy but clean, quiet and comfy like home Especially i love the mood of the hotel :) Location was also no problem since i rented a bike. Thank you!

We had a great time here. The staff were absolutely fabulous, and the hotel was great - a nice room, and a good location. Just a 15 minute walk to the old town, but lots of lovely local restaurants nearby, as well as the water puppet theatre. Apparently also handy for the beach, although we didn’t go. Nice pool, small gym that could use air con but was totally sufficient for a quick workout, and a fabulous massage place. The staff noted it was my birthday during our stay and the room cleaning staff made a lovely ‘happy birthday’ with flowers on our bed in the morning while we were out. Would definitely recommend this place for a stay in Hoi An.

Just Perfect”
This was my 5th time in Hoi An but my first at TTC. The staff are the best I have every experienced in a hotel. They cannot do enough for you. The beds are perfect, pool great and breakfast I couldn't fault. The hotel is a little out of old town but at $1.25 can ride who cares. I won't stay anywhere else when in Hoi An

Poor Breakfast ”
The hotel is Fantastic, nicely located & reception staff is very kind and helpful, however the quality of breakfast is extremely poor, the cook does not know how to make pasta and egg omelet, quality of Fruits is so bad, small four piece of water million was given that too also same test as water. There was almost nothing for eating as I am vegetarian. Hotel Management should look in to this matter and improve breakfast quality to loose guest / business in future.
