Disappointed client”

Very disappointed with the service. During our 1 month stay, the wall mirror fell off as it wasn't properly mounted to the wall. This is clearly not our fault so we made it clear by informing it to the staff. It could have injured anyone. The bathroom in the master bedroom leaked towards the end of our stay and it was very smelly, despite our effort always making sure that the floor is always dry. The carpet just outside the bathroom was wet and smelled of urine. And we were not refunded our deposit of £250. The hospitality and staff availability was absolutely disappointing. Would not recommend this place.
