Long walk from train station! ”
Clean apartment and well equipped for family when cooking is needed. Located in the sub-lane within shibuya. We had difficulty locating the apartment esp. we were pulling our luggages while searching for the apartment. Will not recommending to frenz.

Great choice, value for money”
Very clear instructions on how to reach the apartment. Amidst the busy streets of shibuya, the apartment is strategically located in a quiet part of the area. Great location to restaurants, shops, and transportation means. Apartment is comfortably spacious for 3 adults. Only downside I must point out, the signal of the free wifi device provided fluctuates from time to time, and the battery does not last for a whole day. It ran out of battery before our day was finished. Many times I find it hard to connect to the net, especially frustrating since I am highly reliant on google maps to guide me on the train schedules Nevertheless, this is a great choice of accomodation in shibuya.

Very detailed guide on how to locate and self check in. Very responsive Host. Location is about 1km away from JR. House is spacious and nice but there are signs of wear and tear like crack tiles etc. Ventilation outlets are pretty stucked with dust. Washing machine lid was broken thus unable to use.

Very clear instructions on getting to the apartment as well as the key. Place was convenient! Only thing was that if there was a place for us to hang our clothes to dry in the balcony would be good.

Was not given any checkin instructions before hand. Had to call the owner and asked for directions and he had to email me the details so that I know how to locate the premise. Took me more than 2 hours to locate and check into the house.

料金が1泊1万前後だったため申し込んだら、2000円以上のｻｰﾋﾞｽ、税金、8000の掃除代が追加されていて合計2万円以上。クリックする前に必ず総額をチェック願います。バスが汚かった。水が流れない。洗濯機は故障で使えず。事前連絡なし。 総額1万円なら納得ですが、これはちょっと・・・・ 3人で宿泊なら納得かも

前置きとして、普段は辛口評価は致しません。 むしろ甘口評価しかしません。 立地は慣れれば最高に便利な場所です。 近くにコインパーキングもあるので、便利でした。 しかし、部屋の掃除がしていない状態に近く、ベッドメイクがしてあるだけでした。 多少ならば我慢はしますが、備品なども破損されてるまま、私の勘違いなのか、最初から無かったのかバスタオルなどあるはずの物もありませんでした。 タオル類は、あるものと思ってたのですこしビックリしました。 無いものなら最初から無い物、もしくは、破損などされているのならば最初から明記して欲しいです。 有るものと思い、予約をしている訳なので、無いものなら予約をしなかったと思います。 メールで連絡をしましたが返答も無く、信用度がありません。 なんらかの連絡があれば、何も思いませんが、一言も連絡が無いので、信用と言う意味でも連絡いただけたらと思いました。 立地、物件などセキュリティもしっかりしていて、過ごしやすいとは思いましたが、滞在中の対応の不満より、こちらの評価とさせていただきます。

필요한건 직접 답을 하는 것 같은데 그 외에는 자동답장 오는것 같습니다. 답답함. 내가 보낸 질문엔 자동답장 같은 기계적인 답변이 오고 거기서 필요한거 요구할때 사람이 쓰는 답변이 옴. 아고다 메세지로 왔다가 메일로 왔다가 뒤죽박죽임니담.(한국어,영어,일본어로 다 받아 봄) **시설이나 위치 등 숙소는 깨끗하고 좋은 편이었습니다. 침대도 굉장히 푹신해서 꿀잠 잘 수 있음. 조용함. 포켓와이파이 있음. 하지만 수건은 외부에서 말려서 그런지 담배냄새가 났습니다.

다른 도쿄 호텔 방문은 안해봐서 잘모르겠지만 꽤나 넓찍했고 깨끗했습니다. 화장실도 넓어서 좋았구요. 비록 맨 처음 캐리어 들고 찾아가기엔 힘들었지만 평소 돌아다닐땐 어딜 가던 편해서 좋았습니다. 다시 도쿄 방문하게 된다면 이 숙소를 이용할것같구요. 집주인도 이메일로 많은 information 제공하고 친절해서 좋았습니다.
