great location and rooms but could be cleaner”
Great place and location but the apartment has not been thoroughly cleaned. We found stuffs left by previous guest like razor and after shave. The AC filter were very dirty. Paid cleaning fee but the result was not as expected.

Conveniently located and very accessible with lots of shops nearby as it is located in the heart of Shibuya. Approximately a 15 walk to Shibuya crossing and around 20 minute walk to Harajuku. Highly recommended!

Best location in town”
For foodlovers a top location. Near (in between actually) many Good restaurants and wine/beer venues. Appartment was fine. Not as clean as you get used to in Japan, toilet/aircon made some strange noises, and the beds were very soft, but Yes I would recommend the place!

ห้องพักสกปรก เช่น กระจก ชั้นวางของ ตู้เสื้อผ้ามีรอยรองเท้า ขอบประตูห้องน้ำและตามซอกต่างๆมีรอยดำ เสียงปั๊มน้ำของชักโครกดังมาก ซึ่งถ้าใครนอนหลับไม่สนิทมีสะดุ้งตื่นแน่นอน ผ้าเช็ดตัวเหม็น ทิชชู่เราอยู่ 4 คืนมีให้ม้วนเดียว เราเลยทำการติดต่อพนักงานเพื่อร้องเรียน พนักงานมีการติดต่อกลับเร็วมาก เราตกลงว่าให้เอากระดาษมาให้ก่อน ก็ไม่เอามาให้สักที พนักงานเปลี่ยนไปเปลี่ยนมาว่าอยากมาทำความสะอาดด้วยเลยแต่ แม่กับอาเราปวดขาไม่อยากไปไหนแล้วต้องการจะพักในห้อง เรามีการแจ้งพนักงานแล้วว่าให้เค้ามาทำวันไหนได้ แม่กับน้าเราจะอยู่ในห้อง สุดท้ายเค้าก็พิมพ์ตอบมาหลังจากที่เราตกลงวันเวลาเรียบร้อยเพื่อเปลี่ยนอีกครั้งว่าจะให้แม่กับน้าออกจากห้องไปก่อนซึ่งทางเราไม่สะดวก เราเสียเวลากับการสื่อสารมากเพราะว่าเราอยู่ข้างนอกไม่สามารถตอบกลับพนักงานได้ตลอดเวลา สุดท้ายก็มีพนักงานทำความสะอาดผู้ชาย2คนมาเพื่อจะทำความสะอาดห้อง พนักงงานไม่สามารถสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษทำให้คุยกันไม่รู้เรื่อง แม่เรารู้สึกไม่โอเคเลยให้เค้ากลับไป สุดท้ายกระดาษทิชชู่เราก็ไปเจอเองในตู้ไปรษณีย์พร้อมทั้งไม่มีการแจ้งใดๆว่าเอามาให้แล้ว ไม่คุ้มกับเงินที่จ่ายเลย

전체적으로 만족스러운 곳”
우선 위치는 상당히 좋습니다. 방도 넓어서 좋구요. 들어가기가 조금 까다로웠던 것과 약~간의 위생문제 (흰색 소파인데 조금 더러운것)가 아쉬웠습니다. 그리고 보여지는 가격과 결제할때 가격이 확 차이 나는데 청소비가 8만원이나 들어가는 건 꽤 많이 의아한 부분입니다. 돈이 조금 비싼것과 조금의 위생만 제외하면 참 괜찮은 숙소였습니다.

Host is very kind. When I had a question, I contacted through agoda's message service and host responded quickly and kindky. And I liked that we left our luggages in this house before check in. Room was very clean and bed was so softly. The hot water came out well. But toilet's noise after flushing is very very loudly. Except this noise, this house is perfect.
