Amazing location and great helpful staff. Beds aren't very comfortable and the rooms we stayed in didn't have proper windows. Please note it's a love hotel. Staff went above and beyond to help us, while communicating on Google translate. I'd recommend this

After going thru the reviews, still go ahead with the stay with them. Staff (man and lady reception) are friendly, very helpful and accommodating. Thou it's a love hotel, not much of inconvenience to anyone. There are bottles of free shampoo and shower foam for you to choose and use in room. Walking distance to Shibuya Station, thou Google map don't work quite well over there. Room are with attached toilet. There is a light blinking outside room to indicate your room upon checking in.

+ Located near train station but not JR Line one. + Quite cheap with many facilities (Bathtub, TV, Costume Rental) + Staffs's services are very well. Thay try to communicated as much as thay can. - Staffs can't speak English very well

Love Hotel Straight Outta the early 90s”
Affordable place in an up and coming area of Shibuya. The room was spacious and the in-room amenities were good (toiletries, bath tub, mood lighting, large bed). Be warned that even non-smoking rooms smell like cigarette smoke and the decor in the room is a time capsule from the late 80s/early 90s.

1 minute walk to shinsen train station. Dont walk from shibuya when going to hotel as slopes as crazy. Staff are friendly. Check in at 6pm only strictly.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient as it is only a three-minute walk from Shinsen Station. Additionally, there are nearby convenience stores, bars, and clubs in close proximity. A one-minute train ride to shibuya will take you to Shibuya Station, home to the famous Shibuya Crossing and hachiko statue, or a mere 10-minute walk if you decide not to go by train. The hotel's affordability during peak season is also noteworthy, as it is cheaper compared to other hotels. Staff are friendly, they do their best to communicate with us. However, the downside is that the hotel is classified as a love hotel 😅and there are some noise disturbance due to people from other rooms coming and going, especially with doors slamming shut by some. Furthermore, the rooms have a cigarette smell, and non-smoking rooms are not available, although the hotel provides room sprays its still not enough. Overall, its still a 4/5 rating. Especially for those traveling on a budget, as the hotel is affordable, friendly staff and in a great location.
