Most comfortable, safe & amazing stay away from COVID for Birthday Celebrations. With prevailing COVID, we were scared to go out but when we saw the amazing images, which are exactly as the place is! We had most wonderful one day stay at Deluxe room The staffs are wonderfull, friendly and accomodating. The food is just great! There is no stress about housekeeping! They maintain resort cleaned and sanitized. The Restaurant was just superb and beautifully managed with all kind of Breakfast stuff. I am a Music Lover and FLUTE music playing in Restaurant in the morning while taking Breakfast just made my day. Restaurant manager PUJA was very courteous . It was nice experience for 4 of us! I found Reception Executives and JYOTI in Particular very welcoming and ready to facilitate in best possible way. Overall great experience!

AWESOME VILLA STAY FOR GROUP ”
The villa cleanliness is very well maintained by housekeeping staff. The other services are a little slow. Breakfast is good not great. Best part about the villa is your own private pool with gazebo.

we 8 couples just stayed at this resort at villa , its nicely located in Alibaug , each villa is about 4 bedrooms , with private pool , and lawn . Rooms are very good , staff are very polite , cooperative and supportive . Food is very good . resort manager Mr.Prathmesh Mohite helped us a lot in everything , We also had barbecue which was handled by Chef Suraj ,Sankalp and Kalpesh also made everything so perfect .one Must try barbecue . strongly recommend to go for villa in this resort .

Very good property”
We stayed at U Tropicana for 2 nights and 3 days. Best part was that we were upgraded to Villa and it was just wonderful. The property is nicely maintained, staff is polite and cordial. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The in-house dining is very expensive with limited options. The resort has some very good organic soaps and trust me they were mind blowing. Overall a very good and happy stay

The hotel is located not very far from kihim beach. It's very well maintained but the road leading to the hotel from both sides is a little worn out and not a good road. But apart from that the property has alot of good facilities and once you stay there you feel at peace and very relaxed because there is alot of though put behind each room's interior and placement. We had an open bath tub so even i though I wanted a swimming pool but got a bath tub I was very happy. The staff is very coperative and kind and nice just one problem I had with them was they do not listen to every instruction properly and I had to call them quiet a number of times for everything I wanted. That being said, I completely enjoyed staying there and plan to go there again soon.

This was our first stay and we were not disappointed! Exceptional service and staff are wonderful, attentive and charming. Our stay was faultless with a beautifully furnished and well appointed room, delicious breakfast, and relaxed atmosphere in the lounge and thoughtful 'little extras' at turndown.
