Not really recommended ”
First of all, it’s not an express check in, it took about 15-20 mins to check in. And the staff do not speak English, they speak their language when we asked them some questions. Second, it’s do not have an elevator, it’s not recommend for those comes with heavy luggage. We booked a room with private toilet and then it’s comes with a “semi-shared toilet” with another room, which two rooms has access to the same toilet and we had to lock the toilet every time we finish to prevent someone access our room thru the toilet. It also stated comes with Parking, Coffee & tea, but it was not. The parking was 10 EUR per night. And of course, there’s no coffee and tea. Every time we went out, we have to leave the keys on the front desk, we cannot bring it out, when we returned to the place, we collect our keys from the front desk. And the most unacceptable is, we cannot keep our luggage on their lobby, because we park our car far away, we thought of putting our luggage for about 1 or 2 mins but they just don’t allowed. We had to pull our heavy luggage all the way from the place to the place we parked in a very very cold weather. Not to mention, the location is not friendly for those who came without a car. Staff was ok, cleanliness is good in the room. (Not sure about the public toilet) Overall, it’s recommend for only local who speaks Slovaks and with light luggage and own vehicle.

Cosy room a bit apart from the center (which was not that bad, Bratislava it’s a small city) The receptionist were pretty nice although didn’t speak much English, although Google translator could did the rest. Good for cyclists
