Good hotel but noisy sometimes”
Resort is very good clean and well located. Everything there was just fine except the noise from functions they arrange. Actually its a wedding resort and there was marriage and some cocktail function going on and the noise was very loud inside the rooms as well. Although it stopped near about 11-12am. Recommended hotel but with a flaw if you get lucky.

The hotel has a majestic look considering its available at a reasonable price. It's not exactly a resort though. Location is great for those wanting to be near airport.Rooms are big and neat. Air conditioning is good. Bathroom is clean with basic toiletries. Room service is good. Food is ok. There is occasional sound of planes flying overhead. Staff is pleasant. Breakfast (complimentary) was reasonably good but not anything special. One odd thing I faced was that on checkout I was initially declined the hotel bill. I was told by the desk staff (probably manager) that they can't issue bill as it's a special rate from agoda.com and their policy is against issuing the bill. I insisted and got it. Let me mention though that the receptionist/manager was well mannered and pleasant during this small issue. I would definitely recommend this place and also stay again.

Apart from the noise the two marriages that were happening at the hotel everything was good. The staff was cordial and friendly, the food was amazing. I really liked the food at this hotel both buffet and ala carte. The location of this hotel is also perfect for someone who has to travel towards Gurgaon, Dwarka and Airport.

We booked this hotel from the web with lots of reservations on the back of my mind. But had a great experience in view of lots of open space , cleanliness and serene environment. Could see lots of awards for the restaurant , while entering , though many people were not there . Great hospitable staff and thoroughly enjoyed the food ..... would coem back again

The rooms are decent but there are absolutely no windows. So incase you are a claustrophobic stay away. Staff was helpful at times,indifferent at times. The ground staff was infact more helpful than the admin guys or the front desk guys. Good food.
