You better know ”
Ukl's single ensuite rooms were really good, clean and with everything you need. The only downer is it's about 3 km from the Laoag town, so be sure you have access to a means of transport before you get to the hotel- use jeepneys or other forms. The breakfast meals were really good and tasty. I think the only downer was the staff who were a bit aloof and not really keen on travelers. That aside, it's a comfortable place to stay and relax.

Place is not worth the room rate of 2800. It was an average room. Towel rod was damaged, it got detached from the wall. They gave us wifi password but the signal doesn't reach the rooms (useless). Weak Data signal too. Staff were kind and polite. Location is good.

location is between the many tourist spot of ilocos norte, be it south to vigan or north to pagupod, room is is a little small, but its okay, since we are out the whole time, they have two large pools, and is not crowded , and i always see that they clean the pool every morning

SUMMER 2017 AT ILOCOS NORTE”
Nice place. Has its own resto. About 5-10 mins ride Via private car from the center of Laoag city. very Peaceful place after 9 pm. Its a resort thats why its quite noisy during swimming time. It has 2 pools which was not in their advertisement(or maybe i havent seen it). The kids enjoyed the night and early morning swimming.

Budget friendly”
If you are planning to stay for a few days in Laoag, this is a good place to check especially if you have a limited budget. They have a pool that you can relax after a day's tour. Good wifi connection even inside the rooms. good aircon. Only downside is that the room that we stayed in did not have a working heater and their shower head has weak pressure that if you rely on it, it would take you an hour or more to wash off the shampoo on your hair. We ended up using the pail and tabo with cold water from the faucet. their pool hours could be extended to at least 11pm not 9pm for guests to enjoy more and also add some more light in the pool area at night. the slide was not working because there was no running water or you'd end up with a scratche and aching back if you try. they have a cabinet but the hanging tube was too high you have to use a chair to hang clothes. please add more pillows and blankets. and also change towels without being asked for especially for guests staying more than a day. bathroom too small but it's okay. we rented out 3 rooms as we were 9 in all. good and accommodating kitchen staff. good and affordable food, free breakfast included. will still come back to stay.

Pros: area is near laoag city. Breakfast was great. Staffs were accomodating. Cons: room is small for 3 persons. There are cockroaches in our room (room 110). Shower not functioning well. The reason we choose this hotel is because of the PRIVATE POOL. It turns out pool isnt that private. 2 pool is available 1 opens 7:30-12nn, other opens 12nn-9:30pm for public users. How about the checked in guest??? Bad choice.

I travelled alone for business and was looking for a cheap place to stay that was still decent and I certainly got it here. The room i stayed in was small but it was clean, practical and it served me well. The staff are very friendly and accommodating... answering my call to fix the heater late at night and heating my dinner for me at 10pm even if they didnt have to since i bought it outside. Will definitely stay here again when i go back.:)
