Tacloban's Worst Hotel with Poor Staff, Food & Management”

Had problems during stay which staff refused to address. When I asked to speak to management I was lied to and phone was handed to the driver. If you want your room cleaned you MUST inform reception in the morning otherwise it will not be done. Breakfast is awful, rice hard and not fresh. Despite the poor beeakfast it took 35 mins to prepare each day. Unlike other hotels breakfast finishes at 9am with no flexibility and does not include brewed coffee. Staff are incompetent and lazy. Rooms are more expensive than the Loft hotel nearby despite the loft offering more facilities and flexibility. Upon checkout staff did not have p300 change until I told them I didn't either. Then found some after delaying me for 10mins. Terrible hotel. Please use the Loft nearby.

We’ve enjoyed our stay in this hotel. Great service, staffs are very good, professional & friendly . I would love to stay with this hotel when we come back to Philippines.

Not Bad”

It was a really nice clean hotel. Whoever the owner is-trained their staff well. Location is far from downtown; but not far from Robinson mall. Criticism-The only things I would suggest to the owners is-have the cook learn some simple Western dishes. Having just an American Breakfast & a good Hamburger for lunch on the menu would be great. I would also recommend having ice for the guests...

スタッフはフレンドリー。 部屋に冷蔵庫、セキュリティボックス無し。 ４階でエレベーターがないから疲れる。 朝食はショボい。 夕食はホテルで食べだけど味は旨かったよ。 寝るだけで良い人にはオススメ

回りに何もなく、部屋も狭い”

繁華街から離れていて回りに何もない。その上3泊の予定で2日目朝から出かけて夕方にホテルに戻ったらルームクリーニングしていなかってビックリ!? 嫌になって違うホテルに変わりました。部屋は清潔でしたが、とにかく狭いです。
