Excellent stay at this Ryokan”
This hotel is like a typical Japanese Ryokan. Staff service is excellent. It's hot water is directly taken from the Onsen, so you can actually soak at your room bathtub with the onsen water, if you're too shy to go to public onsen. Warm and reinvigorating. As such, the tap water cannot be used as drinking water but they provide drinking water outside the room. The hotel has also it's own public onsen, 1 indoor onsen, 1 outdoor onsen. You can sleep on beds or futon mattress. Whole room is tatami mats. Within walking distance to YouMe shopping center or Tokiwa Dept. Store. 10~15mins walk to JR station. Very clean. We stayed in Nov, where the weather is starting to get dry but the room as a humidifier. Great stay.

Loved this beautiful Hotel! Best service ever!”
As soon as we arrived at this lovely hotel, a group of four staff personally greeted us and carried our luggage to the elevator and one of the staff spoke impeccable English. She personally took us to our room and guided us through all the wonderful traditional features of our room. We had a waterfront room and the view was spectacular. We took numerous pictures as the room was so unique and lovely and the view was breathtaking. The hotel is only a three minute walk from the wharf and we had our choice of great, reasonably priced waterfront restaurants to choose from for dinner. The hotel has a delicious breakfast that we enjoyed as well! I highly recommend this hotel! We loved it!

Great Seaview Onsen in Beppu”
We stayed one night with Ceramic private bath tube room. - The Japanese Futon style room is very spacious and clean for 4 persons.Together with wide sea view living room and private onsen bath in toilet. very impressive. - Public onsen also very nice with Panorama sea view. - Staff are very welcoming and helpful. Car park is OK (Staff help us to park in Hotel Car park). - Lovely style Yukata dress.

My husband, my 10 month old, and I loved our accommodations. The room was well kept, the breakfast was delicious, and the location was great for us since we drove and they had free parking. We’ve already decided if we’re back in the area we definitely would love to stay in the Japanese style room with a sea view again.

The Japanese-Western room with private ocean-view Onsen tub was spectacular. Wonderful value. I will stay here again when I return to Beppu. Very convenient to station by bus or taxi (5 minutes) or on foot (7–10 minutes). A wonderful place to stay.

Near Beppu main station, like 5 min walk. Very huge size room. Comfortable bed. Fast internet. Very good Japanese breakfast. Have CNN & CCTV on TV channel. English speaking staff. Highly recommend this hotel

The Seaview room was incredible ”
The hotel might look a bit old from the outside but it’s very lovely inside. All staff members were very welcome and helpful. We enjoyed our stay there, we picked a Japanese style Seaview room, the view was incredible, we stayed till the last min before checkout. The ocean view public onsen was one of the highlights of our trip too.

Got sea view room with private bath, love it. There were few choices of yukata when arrived, cool. Outdoor public bath was fantastic, luckily there was only me when i tried it. Hot spring bath tax is ¥300 for two persons and car parking fee ¥550 were not included at room price, So you will pay them when check out. There was no information about this fees at information papers that hotel staff gave to us, but it okay. We really enjoy stayed in this hotel.
