Little cozy room with kitchen. Near to the subway station”
Very convenient for tourist. The hotel is 5 min far away from Manor house station by walking. Manor house station is serviced by Piccadilly line which linked almost every famous point in London. The reception opens 24h and you can find almost all kinds of help from them. I will choose United lodge again for the next time I come to London and I highly recommend this hotel to my friend.

Cosy stay”
Accommodation was nearby to Manor House Station. Room was cosy. Room service was great;staff did well to clear the place and have it all spick and span upon our return from our tour out. Staff were all very friendly. We sent our clothes for laundry and the clothes came back all clean and smelling good. Good job United Lodge Hotel 👍🏼

Very Happy”
We were on a budget, and there werent many places that has a good review within our budget. The place was very close to the Manor House tube station, and my room was also very clean! The bathroom was also very clean! The place had cooking amenities and a microwave, a kettle and a fridge. I loved that my room was cleaned everyday, so when I came back after a tiring day of sight seeing, everytg is well made up. The staff was all very helpful and friendly. The only thing that was, the room was a bit small. But we are both small sized so it didnt bother me too much. Maybe limited space to open a large luggage bag, and move around, but I wasnt bothered so much. My husbnd though was a bit disturbed not hvg that much space to move, but we were out a lot so it was ok. Im Asian btw just to get an idea how small we are haha. So I cant speak for taller Caucasians or Arabs or others. But i was really, really happy with the hotel. yay!

Nice Staff, room clean but no more”
Very kind staff, hotel 5 minutes walking from Picadilly line, 5 stations from King's Cross St Pancras, room is clean but just enough, pictures are not relevant. (holes in the towels, suite for 3 isdownstairs, one bed and one convertible couch with a very hard separation in the middle, very bad for the back, big spaces under the doors so draughts make the room freezing, view on a rubbish tip)

Cozy hotel with nice location”
It's a charming hotel north of central London. Though about 30-40mins away from the center, it's easily accessible via Underground or bus. There's even a nearby Overground station for the farther areas. Complete kitchen. Bathroom was a bit tiny, could've done without the bathtub. Wifi was available but unreliable. Staff was very helpful and friendly. Nearby pub, cafes, small groceries, and a big 24-hour supermarket (Sainsbury's). Great stay.

We thought we had booked a room closer to the city center, but United Lodge is actually on the outer edge of zone two of the Tube. Manor House tube station is about a 7 minute walk from the hotel. We were in London for only two full days, so we spent our time exploring, not staying in the room. The room was clean, beds were okay in terms of comfort. Didn't use the small kitchen. Breakfast was included, and was served to us in a lovely outdoor courtyard with flowers nearby. Food was good; fresh watermelon, boiled eggs, ham, cheese, toast, tomatoes, orange juice. Room was a walk-out basement; only two small transom windows over french doors; had to leave the door open until we went to bed to cool off room. Wouldn't be good in hotter weather! Our private courtyard had a door which wouldn't close or lock, so we had to lock our room door at night, and it got too warm for us overnight. Small but functional bathroom; plenty of power outlets, and good maid service daily.

Good value for London”
Nice staff at a small family run hotel. My room extended about 30cm past the bed so it wasn't spacious. But it's hard to find anything in London at this price. So all things considered it was fine. Great to be just across the street from the park.

Clean and bright rooms”
Quite handy for the tube at Manor House and 141 and 29 buses. Room was well heated, bright and clean with daily maid service. Personally, good location for me and will stay here again at these prices.

Nice and helpful staff”
Location near underground and park, very peaceful place to stay. Also, it is very convenience for sign seeing. You can cook your lunch/ dinner in the room and you can easily to find the kitchen implement in the room.

Very clean and hommi room. Its a bit tiny but very comfterbale.. Have everthing - a kitchen for cooking and very comfterbale. The staff was very kind we really recommend and we hope we will be back there soon!

Good and friendly staff! Room was pretty small though but still value for money. Kitchenette worked fine! Huge grocery store nearby, also multiple eateries that closes pretty late in the vicinity!

Family Suite The cleanliness, staff & facilities are good the apartment is a bit far from the main attractions but the public transport such as metro and bus is easily accessible Tips : The stairs at the apartment is narrow and steep (no lift)

Helpful & Friendly Staff”
Pro: 1. Helpful & Friendly staff. Allowed us to leave our luggage there after check-out and collect it in the evening 2. Facilities quite complete- fridge, oven, cooking tools... Con: 1. Our room is near to the road side (LG floor), distubing with the traffic noise during night time~ those who alert with 'noise' should think twice:) 2. Very narrow stairs, facing hard time when shifting luggage up & down (thanks to the helpful staff who assisted to carry it down for us)

Room was not the reserved one but being told so ”
Room was half smaller than the one I reserved, and it was told that room was same size but newly renovated. The staff was not willing to do the room move and I was told that they are fully booked until the the date I depart. Finally, room can be changed on the next day; however, I was asked to move out the room at 11am to continence the following guest without getting my new room yet. The staff asked to show understanding, but my request was not being fulfilled at all. No guest is expecting a half smaller room to be arranged upon their arrival and there was no apology but being asked to show underestanding, which the first impression to this hotel is very bad and I will never visits again.
