"this was a very comfortable stay, responsive, helpful staff and clean rooms. my only complaint would be that the air vent in the bathroom often pumped smokey air into it and as i was in a non-smoking room this was rather unpleasant. the breakfasts were included in the tariff and provided a range of okay food. preston is a small town and the hotel is conveniently located near the centre and the university, where i was had come to do work."
