      I use the Koko hotel in the Tenmonkan when I have things to do in Kagoshima or when I am in transit from the islands. I appreciate the low price and service along with the clean facilities and good location. I once left a thermos water bottle in my room and the staff kindly mailed it back to me.

      I've never seen a wifi so bad that it disconnect itself in the middle of each thing you wanted to do with it. If you pretend to just sleep in the hotel and only sleep it might be fine. We were all day outside and we just used it for sleeping basically but we expected at least to have a nice wi-fi connection to check places to visit or watch a movie before sleep but that wi-fi got disconnected and the cellphone data started to run.

      I miss Kagoshima already! We were in the heart of the city and staff were great! The only issue is nothing is open afternoon but the night life shows a different lifestyle of Japan in smaller Cities.

      場所もよくきれいなホテルでした”

      天文館の繁華街からも近く、建物も新しくてきれいでした。お部屋も思ったより広かったです。一階のエレベーター前で、コーヒーやお茶のパック、クシやカミソリなど必要な場合は自分で取って持って上がるシステムでした。歯ブラシやタオル、浴衣は部屋にありました。お値段もとても安く、部屋もきれいで便利な場所でしたので、素泊まりするには最適でした。 鹿児島へ行く時はまた利用したいです。

      普段の宿泊料はわかりませんが、今回泊まった際の料金とサービスの比率は過去最高であったと思います。ホテル自体の場所も天文館駅から歩いてすぐの所で買い物等にも最適です。ホテル自体も新しい印象で、お部屋もとても清潔でした。アメニティもフロント前で選んで使えるスタイルでコーヒーを多めに取れた事がとても嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました。

      初めて利用しました。人の出入りが少ない時間はゲスト自身でカードキーを使って館内に入る。シャワーキャップ、歯ブラシなど必要ならばロビーの備え付けの備品コーナーから各自で持って行く。それでこの宿泊料が実現できるのならば大満足です。居室の防音もしっかりとなされとても良いと思います。

      期待以上でした。”

      指宿枕崎のサイクリング後に一泊だけしました。全く期待していなかった割に天文館バス停からもほど近く、静かだし、おまけに宿泊サイトで朝食付きで超破格の値段で取って朝食も満足なクオリティ。新しいホテルで綺麗だし、天文館でビジホ使用と考えるなら最高です。

      シャワーが痛い”

      お風呂のシャワーがすごく使いにくかった。水圧少し上げただけで針のような水圧で出てくる。中々ストレスだった。それ以外はとてもよかったです。
