    Very clean and very friendly, helpful staff. Great price. Free breakfast (real food) is even included! I'm definitely staying here again the next time I'm in Valencia City, Bukidnon. :)

    A Hotel in Valencia (Bukidnon) to recommend”

    We did enjoy our stay, friendly welcome at the reception, our family room was spacious enough and very clean and the bathroom was very fine as well. The complimentary breakfast was OK though they couldn't provide a high-chair for our 3 yrs old daughter. All in all one of the better hotels in Mindanao

    Visiting family”

    The staff were very friendly and helpful. Extending our stay was easy and quick. The location suited our needs for this visit being near to family and restaurants.

    My stay was excellent, I have only complements and no complaints. Everyone was so pleasant and helpful from the waiter who snipped our coffee sachets(because he noticed we has trouble the previous day) to the cleaning lady (who put my laundry in the sun to dry). The rooms are basic but clean and bed comfortable. I would use this hotel again.

    I think that they have 16 rooms which 2 of them are family suites. The family suites are up front facing the Sayre HWy. which 24/7 cars passing by so it makes for a very noisy family rooms, strongly suggest not to book these 2 rooms. They have a small cafe with mediocre food and no conference rooms for those that need one. The help is very friendly and 'Mervin' the supervisor is very accommodating. They are currently adding to the hotel on the back side which will double the size of the hotel

    I Am NOT Recommending It”

    The room was small than I expected. The AC was not working fine when we checked in there. I wanted to change room but as I approached the front desk clerk regarding the problem, she told me that they have the same room (so why should I change room?), she sent the waiter though to try to fix the problem.. it was not fixed. I don't understand why it's named a "Business Hotel" when the place has a VERY narrow receiving area for guests?!

    Very noisy location, building still under construction ”

    Nothing is within walking distance, not located near city center, street noise both at night and day, and construction noise during day. Location and address not known trike and taxi drivers although on a major hwy. limited menu in small cafe which is really a small lobby. Overpriced and staff attempted to get extra deposit upon checkin although room was prepaid.
