Great room space, privacy and friendly staff”
This was my second time staying at Uno Port Inn as I find its proximity to Uno Port a plus point to visit the Setouchi Triennale. In addition, the staff was friendly and helpful. As there was a change of my itinerary, I had to cut short my stay, but the staff readily got the changes done and replied me promptly. This time, I chose Alice Room which has an attached washroom. It was definitely more convenient and private. The bed was comfortable and all the necessary amenities such as hair dryer, shower gel, shampoo, hair conditioner, towels, slippers, yukata were provided. Perhaps, it will be helpful to have more hooks for hanging clothing as there was no clothing cupboard. The only cloth hook could not withstand the weight of my coat. 😂 Also helpful is the coin-operated washing machine & dryer. There were two sets and enough to wash my clothings as I had been travelling for past 5 days. Good for longer period stay. The hot water dispenser at level 1 is a plus! The stay was pleasant.

Fantastic place to stay”
I am so happy I stayed at the Uno Port Inn on my way to Naoshima. Not only is it perfectly located between the train and the ferry, but it also was wonderful. Terrific wifi, room was well equiped with private toilet and shower. Best of all the coffee and the breakfast were fantastic. The owner, Max was very welcoming and provides great information to you about Naoshima. After my visit to Naoshima I would have stayed again if they had an available room. I recomment this place highly.

Convenient to have the Uno Inn Cafe attached to the hotel—perfect for getting breakfast before an early ferry to Naoshima. The train station is a very short walk to/from the hotel, and the ferry is across the street. The room we had was incredibly small for two people (even compared to Tokyo hotel room sizes). On the positive side, the staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Friendly host, great experience stay there, best to choose if you visit both Naoshima and Teshima”
This inn is run by a man called Max. Max is a film maker and had been stay in New York for about 20 years, so the hotel rooms are all named by famous directors in Japanese film history. The hosts are very good at English so don’t be worry about the commutation. Best place to stay if you like to visit both Teshima and Naoshima.

Best option for visiting Naoshima and Teshima”
We had an amazing time staying at Uno Port Inn using it as a base to visit both Naoshima and Teshima island. It is located right across from the ferry terminal and passenger boat pier so you can be from the hotel on the boat within 5 minutes, it doesn't get better than this. The owner and the staff at Uno Port Inn are absolutely amazing! He has really created a cool an unique hotel with great breakfast and clean and spacious rooms. Definitely try the bagels, they were awesome. We had some really good chats with them as well. Thanks to all the advice and recommendations from the owner and staff we had an amazing time here. We'd highly recommend Uno Port Inn if you're looking to visit one or more of the islands.

Great Location”
The hotel is right across the road from the port where you take ferries ro Teshima and Naoshima. The room is tiny and each room has a private bathroom BUT the bathrooms are NOT in the bedrooms, they are down the hall. Minh is very helpful and friendly. There is a lounge room but breakfasts need to be ordered in advance.

Muy buen hostel, al lado de la estación de tren, la estación de ferry y la estación de botes. El personal es lo mejor, Mikko es un encanto, el desayuno muy bueno. Lo mejor de Uno. Me recomendaron un lugar muy bueno para comer que está abierto hasta las 2am. Es muy muy bueno.

瀬戸内芸術祭に利用。宇野港から一番近いのに値段やすい。オーナーの方が気さくで、島やフェリーの案内などしてくれる。朝食も美味しかった。チェックアウト後に荷物も預かっていただき、助かった。部屋はややせまめだが宿泊には問題なし。また利用したい。

直島へ渡る前夜に最高なロケーション”
直島へ渡るフェリー乗り場の真ん前。直島に朝一で渡りたかったので、こちらに宿泊。 古い旅館を改装したのか？シェアハウスのような造りだが、居心地は悪くない。テレビもない部屋だが、アートに浸りに来たので、かえって良かった。 トイレとシャワールームが部屋から離れており、いちいち鍵をもって行かなければならないのが少し不便だったが、まあそれもお値段を考えると文句はない。 カフェでの朝食付きプランだったので、朝から美味しいコーヒーとベーグルでご機嫌。カフェのインテリアも楽しい。 スタッフもフレンドリーで、直島の情報なども教えてくれ、とても良い滞在だった。

立地よし、スタッフは親切”
チェックイン前に荷物を預かってもらい、チェックインしたら荷物は既に部屋に入れてくれてました。不慣れな島旅でフェリーについて聞いたりしましたが、親切に色々教えてくれました。朝食のベーグルもとても美味しかったです！
