Well located close to a train station, which connects quickly to New Street. The bed was comfortable and it has a good shower. Largely clean.
Very basic. Dusty in places and cobwebs. we stayed during the Commonwealth Games so probably paid more than usual rates, but considering what we paid it was very compact with less than a luxury feel.

Agent Met us to hand over the key Spacious living room and kitchen Great water pressure in shower and taps Private entrance. Spacious and comfortable work desk.
Bin bags should have been provided to keep bins clean and easier disposal of rubbish. Door Mats for entrance to keep apartment clean especially on wet days. Back garden to be made more attractive with some flower pots and also garden table and chairs Toilet seat was loose and needed fixing Flooring in bathroom was worn out and should be replaced. Possibly provide a box of tissues. Doesn’t cost much and helps a lot. Knock down the wall in driveway to make parking of more than one car much easier.

Town centre and star city isn't far. The bed was very comfy and had all the facilities
Unfortunately there was no parking as requested and had to park on the road up from the apartment and when came out to my vehicle someone had slashed one of my tyres and had to wait for the RAC
